With the continuous advancement and deepening of the new round of basic education curriculum reform,teaching life has attracted more and more people's attention.Junior high school morality and the rule of law are a course that is closely related to life.Moral and rule of law courses should be derived from life and life.The teaching life of junior high school morality and rule of law curriculum not only conforms to the trend of new curriculum reform and social development,but also plays an important role in stimulating students' enthusiasm for learning and improving their professional quality.This paper firstly combs relevant theoretical foundations and research status at home and abroad,and analyzes the necessity of implementing teaching life.Based on the literature research method,experience summarization method,investigation research method and case analysis method,combined with my teaching Practical experience,analyzed the status quo of the teaching life of morality and rule of law in junior high school,pointed out the positive factors and shortcomings.After studying the relevant principles of the teaching of life and morality in the junior high school,the author actively explored the implementation strategies of the teaching of the morality and the rule of law in junior high school,and combined the specific teaching cases of the seventh grade morality and the rule of law to demonstrate.This article has five main parts.Firstly,the introduction part mainly introduces the background of the topic selection,the research status of this issue at home and abroad,the theoretical significance and practical significance brought by this research,and explains the research methods of this thesis in the writing process.The first chapter is a summary of the junior high school "Moral and Rule of Law" course,which mainly includes three parts.The first is to define the relevant concepts.Relevant concepts such as “life and life”,“teaching life” and “learning life in the junior high school morality and rule of law” were defined.Secondly,it studies its theoretical basis,including: Marxist epistemology,Husserl's theory of life world,theory of humanism about classroom teaching,Ghana's theory of multiple intelligences,Dewey's theory of educational life,Tao Xingzhi's life education theory.Finally,it expounds the necessity of the teaching of the morality and the rule of law in junior high school,which is its important significance.The importance of teaching life to the classroom of morality and rule of law is mainly reflected in the following aspects: adapting to the trend of new curriculum reform,promoting the realization of the value of education in the discipline of morality and rule of law,improving the effectiveness of the teaching of morality and the rule of law,and promoting the all-round development of students.The second chapter mainly adopts the methods of questionnaire survey and interview survey.It starts from the two main subjects of teachers and students,analyzes the research status of the teaching life of morality and rule of law in junior high school,and finally summarizes its positive factors and shortcomings.There are two factors: First,the teacher has initially established the teaching philosophy of life.Second,students' interest in the junior high school "Moral and Rule of Law" class has been greatly improved.The inadequacies are mainly manifested in: the teaching goal is biased towards the knowledge goal,the teaching content is separated from the reality of life,the teaching mode relies on traditional teaching,the teaching space is limited,and the teaching evaluation method is single invalid.The third chapter starts from the theoretical level and discusses the principles of teaching life in the junior high school morality and rule of law.Although the principles of effective implementation of junior high school morality and rule of law teaching life are still in academic discussion,in the specific teaching practice,the following basic principles are generally followed:the principle of subjectivity,the principle of practice,the principle of system,and the principle of openness.The fourth chapter is based on the research of the previous chapters,and considers and discusses the implementation strategies of the teaching life of morality and rule of law in junior high school.The implementation strategy mainly includes the following points: establishing the teaching goals of life,developing living teaching materials,pursuing the life-oriented teaching process,expanding the living teaching space,and constructing a living evaluation system.The classroom teaching life of "Moral and Rule of Law" in junior high school is a gradual process.The effective implementation strategy still requires the research of the frontline teachers to explore more practical and feasible new paths in teaching practice.
