The core quality of Ideological and political subject in senior high school is the concentrated reflection of the value of discipline education,and it is the correct values,essential character and key ability that students gradually form through the study of Ideological and political subject in senior high school.The core literacy of Ideological and political discipline mainly includes political identity,scientific spirit,legal consciousness and public participation.The first three belong to the ideological level of literacy.Public participation is the specific behavioral level of literacy,and the ideological level of literacy ultimately needs to be implemented to the behavioral level before it can be sublimated.The cultivation of public participation in Ideological and political teaching in senior high schools meets the requirements of Ideological and political education,and is of great significance to the long-term development of students and the improvement of teaching pertinence.This thesis plans to explain the implication,principle and the meaning of implement of public participation quality in the ideological and political teaching in senior high school and the basis of theory and thought resource.Based on this,the thesis will continue to use documentation method and questionnaires method,in addition,combine with methods of observation interview and cases to analyze some problems which have existed in the cultivation of public participation quality in the ideological and political teaching in senior high school at present.Meanwhile,the thesis will further explore reasons of those problems from test-oriented education,inside and outside teaching and the way of evaluation.At last,the thesis will be aimed at the problems to put forward optimization tactics as followings:to set up thoughts about the cultivation of public participation quality in the ideological and political teaching in senior high school;to strengthen inside and outside teaching in the ideological and political teaching in senior high school;to emphasis the cultivation of four obligatory modules for students'public participation qualities;to perfect the way of evaluation in the ideological and political teaching in senior high,etc...
