Curriculum standard is a programmatic document formulated by the highest education administrative department of the country.It has a regulatory nature,reflects the will of the state,and reflects the requirements of the state for the curriculum.December 2011,The Ministry of Education promulgated the Curriculum Standard for the ideological and moral character of compulsory Education(2011 Edition),which guided the implementation and development of the ideological and moral discipline in junior high schools.In accordance with the Circular on matters related to Teaching Books for Primary and Secondary Schools in 2016,the title of "Morality and Life" and"Ideology and Morality" has been uniformly changed to " Morality and Rule of Law "since 2016 at the beginning of compulsory education at the beginning of primary and junior high schools.Under this instruction,the new edition of Morality and Rule of Law textbook has been completed and put into use.The Curriculum Standard of ideological and moral character in compulsory.Education(2011 Edition)defines the nature of morality and rule of law in junior middle schools,and puts forward some requirements and suggestions on the objectives of the curriculum and the use of teaching materials.Compiled under the guidance of.curriculum standards,The textbook " Morality and Rule of Law ",embodies the characteristics of practicality and comprehensiveness,process and hierarchy.However,through the investigation,it can be found that there are some practical problems in the use of teaching materials according to curriculum standards.First of all,curriculum standards are difficult to guide the use of teaching materials,secondly,the teaching materials cannot effectively implement the requirements and spirit of curriculum standards.Again,teachers' awareness of curriculum standards and teaching and research ability of Morality and Rule of Law teachers are also very weak.On the one hand,the cause of the problem is that the textbook has been re-compiled,but the curriculum standard is relatively stable,on the other hand,the idea,attitude and ability of teachers are not good enough.In order to solve the practical dilemma,teachers should strengthen the consciousness of curriculum standard,improve the ability of educational research,combine the nature of curriculum closely,use all kinds of teaching materials flexibly,so as to give full play to the guiding role of curriculum standards.Effectively implement and display the requirements of curriculum standards in the use of teaching materials.
