With the development of information technology, more and more schools use flipped classes.Flipping the classroom has made great changes in teaching: the teaching process has changed from "teaching before learning" to "learning before teaching".In the process of flipping classroom teaching, students' individualized learning and teachers' individualized guidance. However, the flipped classroom is introduced from abroad after all.Our schools are bound to encounter a variety of problems when practicing the flipped classroom in combination with disciplines. This paper takes Y Middle School in Yangquan City as an example to analyze the practice of the flipped classroom in schools in detail. The main problems to be solved in this study are:(1)What is the current situation of the implementation of mathematics flip classroom in Y Middle School of Yangquan City?(2)Why does Yangquan Y Middle School flip the classroom?(3)Did Yangquan Y Middle School encounter any resistance in the process of implementing flip classroom? The research ideas of this paper are as follows: Firstly, the author summarizes the related literature from the aspects of concept, teaching mode, value and limitation, teaching design, implementation conditions and so on.On the basis of fully understanding the research direction and research results of predecessors, the author carries out the related research in this paper.Secondly, the author uses the classroom observation scale to conduct classroom observation in order to analyze the advantages and problems of the junior high school mathematics flip classroom;the author uses the questionnaire to understand the effect of students using the flip classroom in mathematics. Then, using the interview outline, the author interviewed the teaching principal of Y Middle School and three mathematics teachers in Junior One in Yangquan City,to find out why the school should implement the flipped classroom and whether there are any obstacles in the implementation process. Then, further analysis of the causes of mathematics flip classroom problems. Finally, according to the analysis results of questionnaires and interviews, the author gives reasonable suggestions on how to better implement the flipped classroom. The main conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)The current situation of the implementation of the flip classroom in Y middle school: 1)The advantages of the flip classroom practice in Y middle school: improving students' autonomous learning and showing their expressive ability;meeting the needs of students' individualized learning;reshaping the relationship between teachers and students;and realizing teachers' individualized guidance to students.2)the problems of Y middle school flip classroom practice: first, school: lack of high-speed and complete broadband network;imperfect evaluation system;inadequate encouragement for teachers' micro-recording;insufficient supervision of the implementation of flip classroom.Second, teachers: teachers' professional competence is facing challenges;lack of cooperation between teachers;little communication between teachers and students;blindly using the flip classroom teaching mode.Third, students: the effect of self-study before class is not good;it is unreasonable to control the time of communication and exploration in class.3)The effect of classroom practice in Y middle school: students' interest in learning is enhanced;students' autonomous learning ability is strengthened and self-study effect needs to be strengthened;students' cooperative learning ability is improved and the cooperative effect is not good;students' display and expression ability needs to be improved;teacher-student relationship is improved, but not obvious;and teaching effect is improved as a whole.(2)The reasons why Y middle school implements flipped classroom: 1)Y middle school self-learning mode is relatively mature;2)Y middle school self-learning mode has defects: self-learning feedback before class is not timely, which is not conducive to teachers' understanding of learning;teaching resources are relatively single, which is not conducive to students' personalized learning.(3)The resistance of the implementation of the flip classroom in Y middle school:1)lack of funds for school construction;2)lack of professional competence of teachers;3)polarization of students;4)restriction of parents' ideas.
