In the 21 st century,with the popularity of international tennis matches and the influence of star effect,tennis has attracted more and more attention in China,and tennis has also been widely developed in the physical education courses of colleges and universities.Tennis is the continuous movement and frequent swing of the players on the court.In swing,the coordination of the trunk and legs is the main force to transmit through the power chain,and ultimately these kinetic energy is applied to the batted ball.Therefore,practitioners should have higher quality abilities,that is,accurate judgment,fast moving shot,fast turning ability,stretching ability,braking ability,balance ability and explosive power of using various technical actions in the process of sports,which are all supported by core strength.With the development of tennis technology and playing method,it is possible that any form of batting on the court is effective nowadays.Every player has his own unique batting method.Compared with the previous exquisite techniques,speed and strength have become the main theme of modern tennis.Although exquisite techniques are still important,correct judgment and spirit are still important.Sensitive reaction and fast mobility have become the key to win in the competition.Core strength training mainly develops the strength of the trunk and legs of practitioners,which can help practitioners better control their technical movements and movement speed,as well as prevent the occurrence of injuries.Because tennis is a repetitive sport,it requires practitioners to repeat the same action over and over again,that is,to reuse some muscles,leading to fatigue of some muscles,which is easy to cause abnormal joint stress and lead to unbalanced development of muscles throughout the body.Through core strength training,building a good strength base,developing the maximum strength of practitioners,and improving the explosive power of practitioners,we can not only develop the movement speed,improve the quality of batting,but also maintain the correct joint stress surface,so that the development of body muscle tends to balance.In the learning process of tennis,players are basically doing lateral movement,running back and forth and sprinting in all directions.Especially in the game,players should be on the pitch to run different forms of rapid change,frequent sprint and stop turning movements,and all kinds of strokes is repeated in the game,it requires athletes to have good core strength,in order to keep enough explosive reaction mobile and ball speed.Therefore,tennis players should integrate core strength training into their daily training plans.By stimulating and changing athletes' muscles and nervous system,they can improve their speed and agility,achieve fast movement,prepare for the next shot,and improve the quality of the shot.This research adopts the methods of literature,expert interview method,experimental method,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,through the selection of 30 male freshmen majoring in Physical Education in Zhengzhou University College of Physical Education(tennis zero basis),teaching experiment is divided into two groups at random,each group of 15 people,The control group and the experimental group respectively carried out core strength training and traditional strength training,and analyzed the test indexes before and after the experiment,in order to understand the influence of core strength training on students' mobility in tennis teaching.The results show that: 1.Through the experimental index test,the core strength training and the traditional strength training can promote the development of the strength of the abdominal muscles,back muscles and hip and hip muscles of the students,so as to better control the stability and balance of the body.In the short-term traditional strength training,the back muscle strength exercises involve less,the effect is not obvious,and the effect of no core strength training is good.2.Through the analysis of experimental indicators,the students' mobile index data has been significantly improved.Both training methods can improve the learner's mobility.From the perspective of improvement,in the short-term experimental teaching,core strength training The improvement effect of post-student mobility is better than traditional strength training.3.index test and analysis,through the experiment students after eight weeks of teaching training,two groups of students' ability of technical indicators are improved,and the experimental group to improve student performance is more obvious,it shows that the core strength training in tennis teaching,the impact on the students' skill level has positive function.4.From the overall effect of the experiment,through core strength training and traditional strength training,the core strength index and mobility index of tennis learners have been improved,but the progress of the experimental group is greater than that of the control group.Development Suggestions: 1.There are some limitations in the sample selection of this study,and it is hoped that subsequent researchers can increase the sample size in the experimental study and carry out long-term cyclic experimental training.2.There are many methods for core strength training,but different body parts and technical movements have their own uniqueness.Therefore,the content of core strength training should be formulated according to local conditions and the corresponding training methods should be developed according to the movement rules of different sports.3.Core strength training has a good effect on the improvement of technology in sports events,but core strength training can notreplace traditional strength training.The two should be combined with each other and applied to the training.4.College tennis teaching should pay attention to the organizational practice of special physical fitness training.It is not only necessary to cover the whole course of sports technology and tactics.It is necessary to combine special technical training with special physical training to promote students' special skills.improve.
