In 2010,the state enacted the first special etiquette education policy document “guiding outline for civilized etiquette education in primary and secondary schools”,which expounds the connotation,objectives,tasks and implementation approaches of etiquette education.The domestic research on etiquette education has gradually increased and achieved certain results since implementation.However,due to the lack of attention to etiquette education in schools and the relative neglect of etiquette education in families,especially the insufficient research on the implementation of etiquette education,the empirical study on the implementation of etiquette education for junior middle school students in regional schools is less.Based on this,this study selected 556 students,parents,teachers and school moral education administrators from 10 junior middle schools in Y city as the research subjects,and the present situation of etiquette education of junior middle school students was investigated and studied by using the methods of questionnaire survey,interview,observation and so on.The study found that although the etiquette behavior and implementation of the junior middle school students in Y city are good as a whole,the actual effect is not very ideal due to the reasons of ideology,teachers' strength,evaluation mechanism etc.Therefore,there are a series of problems,such as insufficient attention,unclear content of etiquette education,single implementation,incomplete evaluation mechanism,insufficient family participation and so on.In addition,there is also a tendency to emphasize behavior training over value education.According to the empirical investigation,on the basis of analyzing the problems and their causes,On the basis of Multiple Intelligence Theory and Collaborative Governance Theory,according to the requirements of “guiding outline for the education of civility and etiquette in primary and secondary schools”,this thesis gives full play to the role of the mufti-subject of etiquette education in junior middle school from the two dimensions of behavior and value,integrating the forces of school,family,society and network,etc and puts forward some suggestions on improving the implementation of etiquette education for junior middle school students.First,schools should incorporate etiquette education into top-level design for raising the awareness of etiquette education.At the same time,teachers should change the concept of etiquette education and strengthen the building of teachers in etiquette.Second,schools should construct the junior high school student etiquette education curriculum system from updating the contents of etiquette education,offering professional etiquette classes,etiquette education permeating through disciplines and strengthening etiquette education through online courses four aspects.Third,schools should enrich the junior high school students etiquette education implementation by innovating the teaching form and increasing campus etiquette activities.Fourth,schools should perfect the evaluation mechanism of etiquette education of junior middle school students,through establishing the etiquette growing file and quantifying the evaluation standard of etiquette education.Fifth,schools should perfect the cooperation mechanism of school,family and society,and strengthen the cooperation of various parties,and form the resultant force of education,so as to construct the high-quality development system of etiquette education for junior middle school students.
