In the context of the information age,information technologies such as "Internet +","big data",and "artificial intelligence" have developed rapidly,and the state has paid more and more attention to the construction of information technology in education and the cultivation of students' core literacy.The country actively promotes vocational and technical education Construction,has issued a series of documents to speed up the construction of secondary vocational education.With the steady advancement of teaching reform in secondary vocational schools,information technology teaching is gradually introduced in the classrooms of secondary vocational schools,and cultivating students' information technology literacy in secondary vocational schools has become an important task for secondary vocational schools.The state attaches great importance to the cultivation of information technology literacy of secondary vocational school students,which is conducive to enhancing the core competitiveness of students in the employment process of the tourism industry,and is conducive to promoting the reform of information technology in classroom education in secondary vocational schools.The core competitiveness of today's society.Information technology has become an important driving force for social development,information technology education has become an important means of cultivating secondary school students' information technology literacy,and information technology literacy has become an important quality for tourism practitioners.The secondary vocational school trains a large number of practical and high-quality professional and technical talents for the construction of national socialism.It is necessary to make reasonable use of information technology teaching equipment,improve the information technology education ability of secondary vocational teachers,strengthen the cultivation of information technology literacy of secondary vocational students,and help.Vocational and technical personnel in secondary vocational schools are gradually adapting to industry technological innovation.This article studies a large amount ofliterature and draws on previous studies on student information technology literacy.Based on the characteristics of professional tourism service and management,it uses literature analysis,questionnaires,interviews and other methods for students of secondary vocational tourism service and management.Research on information technology literacy.This article fully explores the theoretical basis of information technology literacy in the field of education,and finally selects three important educational theories,including the theory of lifelong learning,constructivism,and humanism,as the cornerstone of the theory.On the basis of the survey,5research dimensions of information knowledge,information ability,information consciousness,information ethics,and information integration were finally determined,and 24 measurement items were established to build a scale and evaluation system for the information technology literacy of students in the secondary vocational tourism service and management specialty.,Form a formal questionnaire to conduct a survey.Take Zhangqiu Secondary Vocational School and Shandong Huade Vocational Secondary Professional School as examples to conduct empirical research,use SPSS22.0 and AMOS20.0 for data analysis and processing,evaluate the information technology literacy level of tourism service and management students in secondary vocational schools,and explore Factors Influencing the Improvement of Information Technology Literacy of Tourism Vocational and Management Students in Secondary Vocational Schools.Combining with the actual needs of talents and information technology literacy of tourism enterprises,actively explore strategies to enhance the information technology literacy of students in the vocational school of tourism service and management,and enhance the core competitiveness of employment of students in the vocational school of tourism service and management.Based on the five subject dimensions of the research scale,this paper proposes strategies to improve the information technology literacy of students in the secondary vocational tourism service and management majors:(1)clarify student subjects and strengthen the information knowledge reserve;(2)attach importance to practical use and improve student information capabilities(3)Reasonably guide and inspire students' information consciousness.(4)Strengthen moral education construction,standardize student information ethics.(5)Expand practical training methods,and promote student information integration.
