With the development of society,a large number of rural surplus labor force flow into the city.Due to various conditions,these people can't receive their children to study in their work place,so they have to let their children stay at home and live under the care of their grandparents.Thus,the left-behind children in rural areas come into being.With the acceleration of population flow and the increase of migrant workers,the number of left-behind children in rural areas is increasing.In the process of their growth,there are a series of problems,which seriously affect the physical and mental health development of left-behind children in rural areas.left-behind children in rural areas have become a problem that needs the attention of the whole society.At present,the research on left-behind children is related to school education,mental health,behavior,crime and so on.The significance of this study is to provide guidance for schools and parents in home-school co-education,to meet the diversified needs of rural school education,and to promote the overall and healthy growth of left-behind children.The development and growth of left-behind children not only affect the quality of rural education,but also have a far-reaching impact on the long-term development of rural areas,and even related to the development of the whole society.Due to the lack of one-way education in schools,the existence of wrong ideas and education methods in family education and other reasons,these problems in the growth of left-behind children can not be solved completely only by schools,family school education is inevitable,but also needs the common concern of the whole society.In order to clarify the basic situation of left-behind children's development and home-school co-education,we carried out a survey of left-behind children within the scope of Dongming rural primary school.On the basis of in-depth investigation,based on the theory of family education,the theory of common responsibility,the theory of the unity of responsibility and power,and the theory of human's all-round development,we adopted literature review,questionnaire survey,interview and other methods Methods to investigate and interview the education,parents and foster parents of the left-behind children and the co-education of the left-behind children in ten rural primary schools in Dongming County,and to make a comprehensive study and analysis of the results.In the process of investigation,we found some problems in the home-school co-education of left-behind children in some rural primary schools: the lack of awareness of CO education between teachers and parents,the failure of CO education organizations to play an effective role,and the lack of planning in CO education activities.These problems are mainly due to the absence of the main position of parents,the shortage of educational resources and the lack of evaluation system.In the process of action research,based on the analysis of the lack and effect of home-school co-education in these ten rural primary schools,primary school a is selected as the key action research object,and the successful experience is applied to the home-school co-education in primary schools,so as to improve the home-school co-education and the development of left-behind children in rural primary schools in practice.The results show that home-school co-education of left-behind children plays an important role in the healthy growth of left-behind children.With the joint efforts of home and school,the left-behind children get more attention,emotional satisfaction,significant improvement in performance,effective improvement in parent-child relationship,security assurance,full development of parent resources,and healthy development of home-school relationship.However,in the process of home-school co-education,some problems need to be deeply reflected,for example,we should pay attention to solving problems in action,both sides of home-school should have a reasonable role orientation,teachers and parents should cooperate effectively in communication,and home-school co-education needs social support and security.In the future process of home-school co-education,schools should strengthen their leading role,change their ideas,do a good job in the training of teachers and parents,pay attention to the construction of organizational structure,carry out targeted education for left-behind children,combine multiple co education methods,hold activities for left-behind children's parents and children,and encourage parents to write parent-child diaries;parents should play a main role in changing the wrong Education concepts and methods,pay attention to self-learning,maintain good communication with left-behind children,etc.;the society needs to play a collaborative role,establish a co education organization in the society,encourage rural village committees to participate in the co education of left-behind children,and social organizations continue to care for left-behind children,etc.In addition,it is necessary to formulate relevant laws andregulations,explore a suitable evaluation system for CO education,increase financial support and give preferential policies.
