Investigation And Research On Secondary Vocational School Students' Study Status

Vocational education is an important part of the modern education system and plays an important role in the national strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education.In recent years,secondary vocational graduates have become the main source of skilled labor force in China,providing a steady stream of new talents for the skilled labor force in the industrial army of China's modernization drive,and laying an important human resource foundation for the transformation of economic development mode.However,there are still many problems in the study of secondary vocational students,which pose a new challenge to the school's teaching management and teaching reform.Therefore,this study is to understand the problems existing in the current learning situation of secondary vocational students,analyze their causes,and try to put forward appropriate countermeasures,in order to improve the quality of secondary vocational education.In this study,5 secondary vocational schools in zhengzhou were selected as cases,and the following problems were found in the learning status of secondary vocational students: unclear learning motivation,mainly manifested in unclear learning attitude and external motivation.Lack of learning ability is mainly manifested in poor learning methods,bad learning habits and lack of learning initiative.The learning effect is not good,mainly manifested as the lack of learning intention,the lack of self-solving ability,the poor classroom performance;The learning environment needs to be improved,mainly reflected in the need to improve the education and teaching management,The relationship between teachers and students should be improved and the family environment should be improved.Lack of career planning skills.In view of the learning situation of secondary vocational students,this paper,in combination with interviews,makes an in-depth exploration of the reasons for the learning situation of secondary vocational students.Teachers' learning guidance is not in place,the level is uneven,the school teaching management is not perfect;Comprehensive quality of parents to be improved,lack of correct parenting;The deviation of the direction of public opinion.Based on the analysis of problems and causes,the following aspects should be done to improve the learning status of secondary vocational students: secondary vocational students should strengthen their own construction and management;Improve the management of education and teaching,improve the quality of teachers;Improve the family education ability,actively cooperate with the school work;Improve social identity and create a good social environment.
