In recent years,graduates of secondary vocational schools have become a new force in the field of skilled labor talents in China,laying an important human resource foundation for the transformation of economic development mode.In the past,the research on secondary vocational school students focused on skills training.In fact,after the diversion of senior high school entrance examination,the learning situation of students entering secondary vocational schools is not optimistic,which requires strengthening the learning guidance,one of the important contents of student development guidance,Which is an important starting point to improve the quality of secondary vocational education.According to the existing theories of teachers’ learning guidance and students’ learning situation,combined with my many years’ experience of student guidance in W secondary vocational school,this study thinks that the students’ learning situation in secondary vocational schools is poor,and besides their own reasons,teachers’ Weak learning guidance Willingness,insufficient guidance ability and lack of guidance are the important factors.The learning guidance system in secondary vocational schools is not perfect,and the learning guidance Work has not been implemented,resulting in secondary vocational school teachers failing to give example guidance and psychological counseling in the critical period of students’ growth,students’ lack of learning motivation and poor learning effect.In this study,the first and second grades of five majors in W secondary vocational school are selected as the survey objects,and the survey options are set according to the "three-level theory".The study situation of secondary vocational school students is investigated from multiple perspectives,and the problems existing in the learning process of secondary vocational school students are revealed.The results of fruit adjustment are described and analyzed,and the positive relationship between them is analyzed.Through in-depth understanding,this study found that there are several problems in the study guidance Work of W secondary vocational schools: First,the operation mechanism of study guidance is not sound enough;Second,emphasizing the construction of hardware facilities,ignoring the demand of soft guidance;Third,the study guidance lacks pertinence and does not fully consider the differences among individuals;Fourth,students’ awareness of actively seeking guidance or academic support is Weak;Fifth,students lack the platform and opportunity to interact With instructors.Of course,some other aspects still need to be improved.Through the research,it is found that W secondary vocational school has taken the following measures to strengthen the study guidance: First,strengthen policy propaganda;The second is to improve the quality of teachers;The third is to strengthen the guidance of learning methods;Fourthly,optimize the curriculum system of secondary vocational schools and try to diversify the evaluation methods;Fifth,strengthen the cooperation between home and school,and improve parents’ learning guidance ability.Through the research,it is found that the reform measures of W secondary vocational school have achieved good results,which are mainly reflected in the following aspects: First,teachers’ enthusiasm for learning guidance is enhanced;Second,the management level has been greatly improved;Third,the difficulty of enrollment has been alleviated;Fourth,the learning situation has improved significantly.Through research,this study draws the following views: First,the learning situation of students in secondary vocational schools is not optimistic.Second,secondary vocational school students have a strong demand for learning guidance.Third,secondary vocational schools should strengthen study guidance.Fourthly,learning guidance can improve the learning effect of secondary vocational school students.
