Driven by national strategies such as "mass entrepreneurship,innovation" and "five development concepts",the cultivation of innovative talents has become an urgent problem for current education.In this context,Maker Education came into being.Maker education is inseparable from Maker teachers,high-quality Maker teachers are the quality guarantee of Maker education,and it is imperative to create a high-quality Maker team.In April 2017,the Henan Provincial Department of Education launched the creation of“100 Model Schools for Primary and Secondary Schools in Henan Province".Many primary and secondary schools have launched Maker education.However,the lack of professional teachers has become a constraint to Henan's Maker Education.The core issue of development.Maker education itself has obvious characteristics such as complexity and interdisciplinarity.Based on the special features of Maker Education,higher requirements are put forward for the comprehensive ability and quality of the teachers.How to build a team of teachers with the comprehensive ability of Maker education has become a realistic problem in the development of hacker education in Henan Province.Therefore,the purpose of the research on the faculty education team of primary and secondary schools in Henan Province is to conduct a comprehensive investigation and consultation on the faculty education teachers in Henan primary and secondary schools through a large number of actual research data,and to find out the status quo of the teachers in primary and secondary schools in Henan Province.To determine the problems existing in the construction of the faculty members of primary and secondary schools in Henan Province,and to present the true appearance of the creators of primary and secondary schools in Henan Province,and to propose effective improvement suggestions.This research uses the relevant literature as the basis of the research.The teachers who are engaged in the education of the students in the primary and middle schools in Henan Province are the research objects.The questionnaires and interviews are combined with the research methods to form the basics of the faculty education team from the Henan primary and secondary schools.In-depth and comprehensive investigations were carried out in four specific aspects:situation,teacher ability level,teacher career development,and teacher team construction.On the basis of clarifying the status quo of the creators of primary and secondary schools in Henan Province,this paper deeply analyzes the constraints affecting the construction of the faculty members of primary and secondary schools in Henan Province,and explores the path of upgrading the faculty and faculty of primary and secondary schools to comprehensively promote the creation of primary and secondary schools in Henan Province.The construction of the teaching staff will lay the foundation for the development of Maker Education.To a certain extent,it can promote the improvement of the teaching quality of creator education in Henan Province,and it has certain reference value for the construction of faculty education faculty in China.The specific research process of this study is as follows.Defining the purpose and significance of the research;on the basis of literature research,defining the core concepts involved in the article,such as Maker Education and Creativity Education faculty;Explain the relevant research status at home and abroad.clarify the research ideas and methods,and clarify the theoretical basis of the research..Conduct surveys in the form of questionnaires and interviews,and analyze and collect the first-hand data collected.The survey mainly includes the basic situation of the faculty education faculty in Henan primary and secondary schools,the level of teachers' ability,the professional development of teachers,and the construction of faculty.In-depth analysis of the data,based on the results of the data analysis,summed up the problems and causes of the current situation of the faculty education team in primary and secondary schools in Henan Province It is mainly analyzed from four aspects,namely,the internal structure of the faculty faculty,the abilities of the faculty,the construction of the faculty,and the personal development of the teachers.In response to the problems found,we mainly cooperated with many parties;built a scientific teacher training and training system;established a flexible management system,and designed multi-dimensional evaluation methods to propose specific improvement suggestions.Summarize the conclusions of the research,reflect on the innovation points and deficiencies of the research,and analyze the subsequent development of the research In addition,the Creativity Education in primary and secondary schools is still developing and improving.Therefore,the countermeasures and suggestions proposed in this study need to be continuously supplemented and improved.
