The core literacy proposal conforms to the development trend of international education reform,and points out the direction for the new round of curriculum reform in China.That is,education not only requires students to acquire basic theoretical knowledge,but more importantly,it improves students' personality and develops students' necessary skills.And ability,which requires teachers to explore new teaching models in education and teaching.As a new teaching mode,project-based learning emphasizes student-centered and task-based,allowing students to master the corresponding knowledge and form the necessary skills in the process of executing project tasks,in line with the development of students' core literacy requirements.Therefore,it is very necessary to carry out project-based learning in junior high school biology teaching.This study aims to explore how to improve the quality and level of biological project-based learning.The teaching design of teachers to do projectbased learning is the key and core to promote the efficient development of project-based learning.Firstly,the literature of project-based learning was reviewed to understand the research status of project-based learning.Secondly,investigate and understand the implementation of junior high school biology project-based learning in Jinzhong A school,and propose suggestions for improvement based on existing problems.Thirdly,classroom observation and record were made on two teachers of Jinzhong A school who were carrying out biology project-based learning,and the teaching design of the two biology project learning was summarized and analyzed.On this basis,two teaching designs of biology project-based learning were compiled by ourselves,in order to provide certain reference for teachers.The following conclusions are drawn from the research:The biological project-based learning teaching design needs to follow the principles of life,autonomy,cooperation,integration and openness;It should be noted that the determination of the theme should be based on the core knowledge of curriculum standards and textbooks,the teaching content should be reasonably analyzed,and the implementation of core knowledge should be emphasized.The problems encountered in project-based learning are as follows:(1)Students have limited access to resources and less time;(2)At the beginning of the project,students are unfamiliar with project-based learning;(3)The task division of students in the group is not clear,there are great differences in learning attitude;(4)Class time is tight and cannot be completed as expected;(5)It is difficult for teachers to change their teaching concept and behavior;(6)Teachers also have a lack of experience;(7)Lack of relevant supporting materials and it is difficult to conduct real interdisciplinary projects.Accordingly,the following recommendations are made:(1)Form multi-party synergy,strengthen information technology education,and expand students' access to resources;(2)Before the project,introduce the implementation process and key points of project-based learning to students;(3)Reasonably set up the team and orderly division of labor,strengthen the monitoring and management;(4)Combine in-class study with after-class study,and make overall arrangement of project tasks;(5)Regular training for teachers;(6)Teachers and teachers,teachers and experts cooperate to carry out project-based learning.
