With the continuous improvement of scientific level of training, more and more coaches pay attention to the introduction of body function training from abroad.Among them, functional motion screening(FMS)is an important part of body function training. This is a simple and very practical test method, consisting of 7 groups of motion mode screening and 3groups of pain-excluding screening movements, can effectively and intuitively reflect the athletes' movement performance and motor ability of continuous movement. The purpose is to detect the pain of athletes during screening, the limited movement patterns, the asymmetrical movement patterns, and the consistency of similar movements in each action mode. The problem is diagnosed so as to judge the athlete's injury, sports risk and weakness in sports, and provide the basic support for coaches to carry out the training plan.In addition, the combination of sprint and functional training creates the most reasonable and effective movement mode of sprint, which is of great significance in preventing sports injury, prolonging the running life and reducing the degree of injury to muscles and ligaments. In this paper, the weak chain diagnosis and complement of FMS test in middle school track and field athletes is taken as the research object.35 athletes of the track and field sprint team of Linfen No.3 Middle School are tested with FMS.Two athletes were selected for intervention and the following conclusions were drawn through a 12-week weak-chain complement training:1,Linfen No.3 Middle School athletes' overall function movement screening score is not high,in which male athletes mainly present the problem of lack of flexibility of hip and ankle joints, female athletes mainly present the problem of lack of lower limbs and core strength. The common problem of male and female athletes is the lack of muscle coordination and muscle control.2.The result shows that the longer the training time of Linfen No.3 Middle School, the lower the score of functional movement screening of athletes through the comparison of the scores of functional movement screening of athletes in different training years.Second-leveland non-secondary athletes' functional action screening scores found that there was no difference between the two.3,through the investigation of Linfen 3 middle and middle school sprinters and the training of intervention objects,it is found that the main problems of high school track and field sprinters are the lack of strength and coordination in the core, the poor flexibility of ankle and hip joint, and the lack of flexibility of ankle joint and hip joint in high school sprinters.Long-term training results in accumulation of fatigue and excessive muscle tension.Coaches ignore the stretching and relaxation after training, especially the stretch relaxation of the flexor dorsi muscle of the foot.4.Through 12-week training and tracking, the participants were tested and found that the weak chain of athletes, the lack of core stability and core strength of Cao *,and the asymmetry of shoulder flexibility were found.Core muscle coordination, body flexibility, ankle and hip flexibilities, and hip flexibilities.Through the establishment of specific training plans and the implementation of the athletes' weak chain, the movement quality is improved obviously.
