| As the economic development of our country,the division of labor in society is further refined.Skills required for laborers at different fields continue to rise higher.In order to meet the demand for skilled personnel of enterprises,how to improve the management quality of skill assessment has become an urgent issue which needs to be resolved.The introduction of a quality management evaluation system can not only improve efficiency of skill assessment,strengthen the quality management of the assessment process,but can also benefit quickly discover and train highly skilled personnel.The purpose of this study is to provide better support and grounds for skill assessment by discovering the existing problems with the current skill assessment work.Through analyzing and finding ways of problem solving,a satisfying assessment system can be established for skill assessment,quality management,and supervising.In the research of this thesis,the theories such as Total Quality Management,Mathematical Statistics are used,and the methods of comparative research,statistical analysis and logic analysis are also adopted to discuss the principles to be followed in establishing the quality management system of skill assessment,building the framework of the system,establishing the quality objectives and quality guidelines required by the system,identifying the matters that need to be paid special attention to in the process,and developing targeted assessment methods for quality system operation.Through the establishment of appropriate quality management system of assessment,implementing the overall quality management of assessment service activities,and establishing the reliability and authority of the appraisal station,it is able to achieve the goal of meeting the needs of skilled personnel in the rapid development of affiliated enterprises.The conclusion of this thesis can serve the purpose of certain reference to the establishment of quality management system in the same field. |
