Xi Jinping emphasized at the National Education Conference that we should adhere to the socialist education development path with Chinese characteristics and train socialist builders and successors with all-round development of morality,intelligence,physical fitness,beauty and labor.and make students work hard to firm their ideals and beliefs and set up lofty ideals.This requires high school students to work hard in learning ideological and political courses,and high school ideological and political courses as the process of education.An indispensable part of the ideological and political education is also increasingly awakening our country's attention.However,the complicated words and sentences also make students hesitate;with the development of education,new educational methods and means burst out.In the process of teaching,the participatory teaching method of "teacher guidance,student participation" has stimulated students' interest in learning to a certain extent,and has more confidence in realizing the goal of education in our country.Participatory teaching method is a teaching method developed in recent 20 years.This new teaching method greatly improves the disadvantages of traditional teaching classroom.Many teachers and schools advocate this teaching method very much.Traditional ideological and political lessons only focus on teachers' teaching,and students' performance in the classroom is not important,leading to the ideological and political lessons for students are indispensable,but also to the high school ideological and political education in a stagnant state;after the use of participatory teaching,the classroom atmosphere of the high school ideological and political lessons has become interesting,and students have the opportunity to participate independently and exchange classroom experience with teachers.Teachers also pass on knowledge to students by debating and discussing.At the same time,students have their own sense of responsibility for learning and can actively preview or review classroom knowledge,which reduces the burden of teachers to a certain extent.The main purpose of this paper is to study the application of participatory teaching method in high school ideological and political teaching,to have a thorough understanding of the background and significance of participatory teaching method,and to have a fullunderstanding of the understanding and application of participatory teaching method at home and abroad.Secondly,the paper starts with the application scope and degree of participatory teaching method to understand and analyze the problems existing in the current practice of this teaching method.The first is the lack of understanding,including the limitations of teachers' literacy,the lack and difference of students' subjective consciousness,and the contradiction between teachers' dominance and students' subjectivity;the second is the lack of innovation and rough application of teaching methods;and the last is the problem of difficult implementation of teaching methods caused by inadequate incentives for teachers and students.In view of these problems,this paper puts forward some countermeasures for the application of participatory teaching method in high school ideological and political lessons,and puts forward countermeasures from three aspects: before-class,in-class and after-class,so as to make the popularization and implementation of participatory teaching method more smoothly and to promote the teaching of high school ideological and political lessons more effectively.
