The Influence Of The Change Of Overseas Research Talents Network Structure Characterristics On Their Creativity

China's research in the field of scientific research is fast,but the quality of scientific research in China lags behind the average level of scientific research in the world.The introduction of overseas scientific research talents is of great significance to the development of scientific research in China.The study of overseas scientific research cooperation networks has a great impact on improving China's scientific research soft power and increasing high-level scientific research results.This paper takes overseas scientific research talents as the research object,and uses the data of overseas scientific research talents from 1990 to 2015 to study the influence of the changes in the network structure characteristics of overseas scientific research talents on their creativity.This paper uses negative binomial regression analysis model to verify the influence of overseas researchers' network relationship characteristics,network relationship characteristics changes on their creativity,and the impact of scientific research environment on scientific research creativity in network social capital.In this paper,the data samples are divided into three groups for negative binomial regression analysis.The results significantly support the research of this paper:(1)In terms of network structure:the proportion of the strong relationship in the past will positively affect the current The proportion of the number of relationships,the proportion of the number of strong relationships in the past is negatively correlated with the new relationship;(2)the influence of changes in the characteristics of network relationships on creativity:the proportion of the number of strong relationships in the past and creativity There is a negative correlation,and the degree of structural hole restriction negatively adjusts the relationship between the proportion of strong relationship and creativity;(3)in the impact of network social capital on creativity:structural hole and creativity are positively correlated And the research environment of the country where the overseas researchers are located has a positive adjustment effect on the relationship between the structure and the creativity;(4)The relationship between the research input of overseas scientific research personnel and the structural hole and creativity of overseas researchers There is no significant adjustment effect.The research in this paper deepens the understanding of the characteristics of overseas scientific research talent network and its influence on creativity,expands and improves the research system of overseas scientific research talents,and plays a reference role in the introduction of overseas innovative scientific research talents and their creativity.
