In recent years,the Ministry of Education has issued a series of documents on strengthening aesthetic education in schools,calling for insisting on aesthetic education and improving students' aesthetic literacy.The development of students' aesthetic literacy must rely on a considerable number of teachers with aesthetic literacy.The improvement of teachers' aesthetic literacy requires the concerted efforts of all kinds of education at all levels after pre-service and post-service.Normal students are located in the pre-service stage of teachers.Therefore,aesthetic education of normal students is of great significance to improve teachers' aesthetic literacy.Aesthetic education of normal students is a kind of aesthetic education which takes normal colleges and universities as the main body of implementation,normal students as the main body of education,and the cultivation of aesthetic ability of normal students as the goal.Through literature combing,this study clarifies the relevant theories of normal students' aesthetic education,and discusses the natural state of normal students' aesthetic education.Based on the relevant theories,this study takes the study of the aesthetic education of teachers and normal students in normal colleges and universities,and with questionnaire sits as the aid,to understand the general situation of the aesthetic education of normal students,and mainly uses the narrative research method to present the story of the aesthetic education of 2 teachers and 7 normal students,and makes an in-depth analysis of the beauty and education of normal students in normal colleges and universities: what is the process of aesthetic education for normal students in normal colleges? What effect has it achieved? What are the key factors affecting its effectiveness? How to improve the effectiveness of normal students' aesthetic education?It is found that beauty and loss coexist in the concrete operation process of aesthetic education of normal students.The beautiful embodiment is: the teacher of having morality and skills and the beautiful campus environment play the role of "life-giving spring breeze".Teachers set an example of him-or herself to point out the way for normal students to study,to be teachers and to be human,and the beauty of campus makes normal students enjoy their body and mind.Lost reflected in: aesthetic education curriculum,aesthetic education activities and should be seriously separated from the state.In the face of aesthetic education elective courses,normal students refuse;in the face of compulsory courses in artistic skills,normal students are full of frustration;in the face of aesthetic education activities,normal students have a psychological course from yearning to disappointment.On the other hand,It is found that the aesthetic ability of normal students is in two states: Realize beauty and aesthetic education for students;unknown beauty and no aesthetic education for students.The key factors affecting the effectiveness of normal students' aesthetic education are summarized: the environment of knowledge education,the mechanism of aesthetic education in normal colleges and universities,the aesthetic experience level of normal students;And from the three aspects of education management department,normal colleges and students put forward suggestions to implement the effectiveness of aesthetic education for normal students.
