Primary school morality and the rule of law courses is based on the student life,raises the student good moral character and behavior habits as the core of comprehensive curriculum,the practice teaching aims to give full play to teachers' domination and students' subjectivity,so that the students in the process of teaching practice found that knowledge,understanding,knowledge,innovation knowledge,from the heart to accept and recognition of teaching content,pay attention to the students in the experience,explore and problem solving in the process of forming good moral quality,realize the social development,since the childhood to form the correct values.Through the investigation of the practical teaching content in the textbook,it is found that the first-grade and second-grade moral and rule of law textbook is mainly based on the dialogue pictures.The content is presented through the simple dialogue and the pictures needed for the dialogue.The practical teaching activities of these four books are conducted by demonstrating the title of each lesson and the questions and answers of the dialogue.The textbooks of grade 3 to grade 6 are no longer simple dialogues and exchanges.Instead,there are communication parks,reading corners,knowledge Windows and activity parks,and most of their practical teaching contents are placed in the communication parks and activity parks.These teaching contents are more intuitive and more interesting only when they are experienced in specific activities.Only in the teaching practice can students further understand the knowledge and effectively improve the practical teaching effect.Through questionnaire and interview method,a primary school in zhengzhou city zhongyuan district second grade to sixth grade students to investigate and found that the teacher and the student practice teaching of morality and the rule of law haveinterest and enthusiasm is higher,the lecturer can with full enthusiasm,the school also attaches great importance to the practice teaching of morality and the rule of law class,the number of language number outside the course takes up very little.Based on the survey of practice teaching,it is found that practice teaching is dominated by questions and answers in class,with a single form of practice teaching and a relatively low frequency of practice teaching activities.The investigation of practical teaching content shows that in-class practical teaching activities are weak,and extracurricular practical teaching activities are mere forms.The investigation of students' participation in practical teaching shows that students have a strong interest in the practical activities and gain a lot in the practical activities.Through the investigation of the practical teaching evaluation of morality and rule of law in primary schools,the students give positive evaluation of the activities,and the teachers respond positively to the students' performance.The reasons for the problems in the survey are mainly found in the following four aspects: too many subjects,insufficient attention from schools,few full-time teachers,and weak awareness of practical teaching of full-time teachers.Therefore,to strengthen the practical teaching of morality and rule of law in primary schools,it is necessary to reform the assessment content,provide guarantee for activities,expand the staff of full-time teachers,strengthen home-school cooperation,improve teachers' practical awareness and innovate teaching methods.
