For most students,college is a road to a bright future and an important turning point in life.However,there are many differences between college and middle school,and the difficulty of adjusting to college entrance is the direct reflection of these differences.To explore college freshmen adapt to difficult solution,from freshman adaptability situation in recent years,this study on literature research,through the questionnaire survey the influence factors of college students were analyzed,and according to the results for the college students career planning guidance,to help college students better and faster to adapt to college life,for the development of college freshmen adaptive education,research and practice to provide the reference.The main research conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)A college freshman in sichuan as the research object,through the investigation and the existing of freshman's adaptation research compiled the "freshman adaptation questionnaire",believed the questionnaire has good validity and validated through AMOS software structure of the questionnaire,suggest that this questionnaire design of six variables can reflect the characteristics of the freshman's adaptation.Using SPSS software to learning,career development,and the recognition of the university of the six variables such as descriptive statistics,correlation analysis,variance analysis,such as data analysis,the results show that college freshmen adapt to situation general whole,adapt to the life,career development,interpersonal adaptation,emotional adjustment on the demographic variables have significant difference.(2)According to the analysis results of the first part and the specific problems in the employment of the senior students,and combining the SWOT analysis method and reverse design method,a career planning counseling program aiming at improving the adaptability level of the freshmen is designed.After the empirical study,the results show that the experimental class has significant improvement in future cognition,interpersonal communication,learning input,future volitional action and career development after the guidance of career planning,while the ordinary class has no significant difference in all variables.The career planning counseling program for college freshmen designed by the research is a set of counseling programs combining quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis,which can improve the adaptability of college freshmen.
