The pressure of primary and middle school students in our country is too great and the burden is too heavy,which has become the key problem in the process of educational development,while the stress state of high school students is more prominent.The high school period is the high speed development period which the individual is more concentrated,needs to bear from the study,the physiology and the psychology and so on many aspects development pressure.In the increasingly competitive high school,students can not adapt to the environment and planning time effectively and reasonably will appear the phenomenon of delayed development,which is very bad for the mental health of high school students,and too much academic pressure will cause anxiety,bigotry and other bad emotions,but also cause psychological problems.In the face of today's high school students academic pressure,how to help students,To relieve academic pressure and improve students' effective learning efficiency,how to help students to carry out academic development in a targeted way and lay a good foundation for career development,in order to achieve the goal of growing up and becoming talented has become the focus of attention in educational development.This study studied the future time perspective,career adaptability and academic stress of 490 students of Senior one and Senior two in Xi'an,and discussed the relationship among them,by SPSS?AMOS and other statistical software.The results show that,The future time perspective,career adaptability and academic stress of the selected high school students are all in the upper middle level.The difference analysis shows that: in terms of future time perspective,the future time perspective of senior two students,girls,non-only child students,rural students and county and town students is generally higher;liberal arts students have higher future positive level than science students;the future of high school girls is significantly higher than that of boys;non-only child students,rural students and county and town schools have lower future negative level;rural high school students have higher level of future confusion.In terms of career adaptability,the overall level of career adaptability of sophomore and liberal arts students is higher;in the dimension of career control,non-only child students,rural students Students from the students and county and town school students are significantly higher;liberal arts students' career curiosity and career confidence are higherthan science students.In terms of academic pressure,the students of senior two,non-only children,rural students and students studying in county and town schools have higher total academic pressure and task pressure,time pressure,environmental pressure and other people's expectation pressure than the students of senior one,only child,urban students and urban schools.The correlation analysis showed that there was a significant positive correlation between future time perspective and career Adaptability in high school students,with significant positive correlation between each dimension except career confidence and future positive.There was a general significant negative correlation between future time perspective and academic stress in high school students,and negative correlation between future negative,future confusion dimension and academic stress and some factors required stress and target period the negative correlation between hope stress and future time perspective,the positive correlation between future clarity dimension and task stress factors,and the significant negative correlation between career adaptability and academic stress in high school students,in which the dimensions of career concern and career curiosity can significantly predict students' academic stress negatively.The regression analysis shows that future negative and future planning is the most important dimension of high school students' academic stress in future time perspective,and career self-confidence and career control of career adaptability can explain the change of high school students' academic stress.Intermediary effect analysis shows that high school students' career Adaptability plays a part in mediating between future time perspective and academic stress,while students attending urban schools can inhibit the effect of future time perspective on career adaptability.According to the conclusion,it can be proposed that students with high school students' academic stress should be dealt with by popularizing career education with the core of future time perspective and career adaptability.In order to reduce the academic pressure of high school students,we should build a platform to connect and play the role of multi-channel education.
