Study On The Prevention Mechanism Of Campus Crisis In Primary And Secondary Schools

As we all know,education is the great plan of the country and the party.Campus is not only the soil of education,but also the soil of students' healthy growth.As a place for children to live and study,students are facing a variety of potential crisis factors while enjoying a peaceful study and life on campus.In recent years,campus crisis events,such as school violence,school canteen security incidents,traffic accidents,etc.,occur from time to time,which threaten the physical and mental health of students,seriously affect the stable development of the school,and have a bad impact on the society.Primary and middle school students are more vulnerable to crisis events because of their own characteristics,so it is urgent to strengthen the management of crisis events in primary and middle schools.Prevention is the best way to solve the crisis,which can minimize the occurrence of crisis events and reduce the losses caused by them.The main research methods of this paper are case analysis,questionnaire survey and interview.By referring to the literature of crisis management,the concept and types of campus crisis events are sorted out.On this basis,the composition of the prevention mechanism and the necessary condition guarantee are analyzed by taking the prevention mechanism of campus crisis events as the starting point.Based on the facts and the questionnaire survey in Yichun city,Jiangxi province,the current situation of crisis prevention is analyzed:lack of effectiveness in life safety education;lack of a professional crisis management team;lack of scientific crisis plan;campus environment security hidden dangers;lack of attention to mental health education;the problem of the treatment of teachers is lack of equity and lack of participation and supervision.Then analyzes the causes from four aspects:individual,family,school and society.From the four aspects of improving the monitoring mechanism of campus crisis,improving the early warning mechanism of campus crisis,stabilizing the prevention and control mechanism of campus crisis and consolidating the prevention and guarantee mechanism of campus crisis,this paper puts forward some Suggestions on improving the strategies.
