Research On The Development Of Chinese Amateur Tennis Club League

The Chinese Amateur Tennis Club League,as the most important amateur group event in China,is the leader in the amateur group event of Chinese sports no matter in the event scale,level or competition system.This study takes the problems and shortcomings of the Chinese Amateur Tennis Club League as the starting point,and uses the methods of literature,questionnaire and interview to analyze the characteristics and rules of the operation of the Chinese amateur tennis club league from the perspective of sports event operation and sports economic management.Based on the in-depth investigation of the organization,participation,promotion and other links of the league,this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages in the development of the league.The results show that there are still certain limitations in the decision-making process of the league in the event organization and management,and certain defects in the performance of the responsibilities of the functional departments.The function is not playing an obvious role,and there are posts between the departments In terms of the management of participants,the majority of the participants are young and middle-aged,which can not cover all ages in the society.In the league competition management,men are obviously more than women,which is not conducive to the popularity of amateur tennis in our country;in the competition management of league competition,most of the competition venues are concentrated in the economically developed cities,while the smaller cities have few standardized competition venues,which is not conducive to the promotion of amateur tennis in our country.At present,most competitors recognize the trust system in the competition,but there are still some deficiencies in the competition grouping,reward mechanism and medical security,which need to be improved;the role of the competition website and television broadcasting in the promotion of the competition is not obvious,the innovative science and technology can not be used efficiently,and the government power has not been played well,so the amateur tennis competition In terms of funds and sponsors,the league has a single source of funds and sponsors,lacks a wide range of channels,and the amount of government funding is relatively small,which is not conducive to the development of amateur tennis club leagues.Most of the sponsors'promotion is achieved through titles or venue advertisements.
