Study On The Integration Of Modern Agriculture And Service Industry In Alar City,the First Division Based On Employment Orientation

Employment is a social activity in which people exchange their work for remuneration.Ensuring full employment for the masses is of vital importance to the overall economic and social situation.In the new era,and a new round of technological innovation and industrial revolution will be launched in all rural areas.Rural development,we must rely on people,ensure employment,to retain people.Therefore,in the process of promoting the integrated development of agriculture and service industry,we must take into account the impact on employment,so as to give better play to the advantages of rural human resources,realize rural revitalization and promote economic development.Firstly,through the analysis of existing literatures at home and abroad,this paper finds that there are few researches on the relationship between the integrated development of agriculture and service industry and employment,thus pointing out the direction of this research.Through a theoretical review,the connotation and mechanism of the integrated development of agriculture and service industry were summarized,which laid a theoretical foundation for the subsequent research.Secondly,from the three aspects of the direct spillover effect of industrial integration,the technological progress caused by the integration of agriculture and service industry and the promotion of industrial upgrading,the mechanism of the impact of the integration of agriculture and service industry on employment is deeply analyzed.It is found that the industrial spillover effect,technological progress and industrial upgrading caused by the integrated development of agriculture and service industry can both promote and restrain employment.The integration of agriculture and services will generate technical and structural unemployment in the short run,but in the long run it will optimize and reshape the employment structure.Thirdly,on the basis of comparing the existing evaluation methods,this paper chooses the relatively simple and feasible compound synergy theory to construct the evaluation model.Under the guidance of scientific and comprehensive principles,a certain comprehensive evaluation index is selected and analyzed by using the compound cooperative order degree model to obtain the order degree of their fusion,and then the fusion level is measured.Finally,an empirical study was conducted on the development level of "two-industry integration" by using the c-d production function.The empirical analysis shows that there is a negative impact elasticity coefficient between agriculture and service industry in alar city,which is in line with the analysis of the structural and technical impact of "two-industry integration" on employment.On this basis,this paper analyzes the actual situation of the "integration of the two industries" in alar city.".
