The Guidelines on Physical Education and Health Teaching in Secondary Vocational Schools promulgated by the Ministry of Education in 2009 and the Opinions on Strengthening Physical Education in Schools to Promote the All-round Development of Students' Physical and Mental Health issued by the General Office of the State Council in 2016,all of which fully illustrate the importance attached by our country to the development of physical education in schools,especially the physical health of young people.In October 2019,the Ministry of Education,in order to carry out the spirit of the National Education Congress,implement the National Vocational Education Reform implementation Plan,deepen the reform of the public basic curriculum in secondary vocational schools,and train high-quality workers and skilled personnel for the all-round development of morality,intelligence,sports,beauty and labor,formulated The Public Basic Curriculum Program of Secondary Vocational Schools puts forward higher requirements for deepening the teaching reform of secondary vocational schools,improving the teaching quality and students' comprehensive quality.On the other hand,the physical health level of teenagers in China is found to be seriously insufficient.As an important field of physical education,schools play an important role in improving the physical health of young people in China.It can not be ignored that the reality is that a significant proportion of the youth population are students in secondary vocational education.Secondary vocational education is a vocational education in the stage of high school education,including some post-secondary vocational training,which is the main body of vocational education in China.In view of the characteristics of secondary vocational education,most of the students in secondary vocational schools pour into social employment posts after graduation,which is the new force of socialist construction in China.Three years of vocational education is likely to be their last chance of physical education before entering society.Therefore,the physical education of secondary vocational and technical schools is more worthy of academic and social attention.Because of its movement The project is simple and easy to learn,not easy to hurt,teachers' resources are easy to transform,and the adaptability to the requirements of teaching venues and equipment is also good.Air volleyball is very suitable for wide promotion and publicity as a school-based curriculum in secondary vocational schools.The purpose of this study is to develop a set of air volleyball teaching courses suitable for the actual conditions and teaching characteristics of secondary vocational schools according to the actual characteristics of their secondary vocational schools.From the theoretical point of view,this subject can enrich the theoretical system of physical education and health curriculum in secondary vocational schools by constructing and perfecting the theoretical system of air volleyball curriculum in secondary vocational schools.From the practical point of view,this subject combines the advantages of the school and the characteristics of the students to meet the curriculum needs of the diversified and professional development of the secondary vocational school students,to improve the integration of the air volleyball project into the construction and development of the school-based curriculum of the secondary vocational school,and to provide vocational education departments and physical education Learn to formulate corresponding policies and measures to provide scientific basis.The subject takes the secondary vocational and technical school as the research object,adopts the literature method,the expert interview method,the field observation method,the questionnaire survey method and so on research method,combs the research present situation,the project characteristic and the secondary vocational school actual condition.It is found that(1)the development of air volleyball school-based curriculum should include four parts: curriculum goal,curriculum content,curriculum implementation and curriculum evaluation;(2)it is feasible to integrate air volleyball project into school-based curriculum system in secondary vocational schools.The integration of air volleyball project into secondary vocational schools is conducive to promoting the development of physical education in secondary vocational schools,improving the effect of physical education in secondary vocational schools,and promoting the professional development of physical education teachers and improving their professional accomplishment;(3)The design of the school-based curriculum of air volleyball in secondary vocational schools is divided into three parts: stage one : " play " air volleyball —— game to stimulate interest;The acquisition of air volleyball —— sports skills is the main purpose;air volleyball —— the actual competition to consolidate sports skills;(4)the school-based curriculum of air volleyball in secondary vocational schools should pay attention to the combination of practice,make full use of the characteristics of air volleyball simple and easy to learn,easy to organize games;(5)students in secondary vocational schools are different from ordinary high school students.They have less class hours in physical education every week.They should actively organize extracurricular activities to make up for the shortage of teaching time and promote students' enthusiasm for practice.It is suggested that(1)Schools and government departments should give strong support to the introduction of school-based secondary vocational schools for air volleyball Cheng organization flexibly;(4)teachers in secondary vocational schools should gradually transition from hard volleyball teaching to air volleyball teaching;(5)secondary vocational schools should support and encourage school physical education teachers to write school-based courses;(6)secondary vocational schools should actively carry out physical education activities in their spare time to promote students to develop the habit of regular physical exercise.
