This study explores the effects of aerobics on the balance ability of international students in China by conducting aerobics training interventions for international students from Yangtze University.Through this study,we hope to deepen the understanding of international students on the development mechanism of balance ability in physical education.Physical education puts forward the reference basis for the study of the balance ability of foreign students in China;it uses the literature method,questionnaire survey method,experimental method,and mathematical statistics method for research.From September 9,2019 to November 30,2019,60 foreign students from Yangtze University in China were selected as experimental subjects,and the experimental subjects were divided into a control group and an experimental group,with 15 boys and 15 girls in each group.The experimental group performed aerobics training for 12 weeks 3 times a week for 60 minutes each time,while the control group did not conduct planned training.All subjects were tested for balance before and after 12 weeks of aerobics training intervention.The dynamic balance test was performed using the Y Balance Test(YBT)test method,and the static balance test was performed with closed eyes and one foot standing test.The study found that in the test with the left foot as the supporting leg,the comprehensive score of the experimental group of the male group increased from105.19 ± 11.71 to 110.93 ± 13.73;the comprehensive score of the experimental group of the female group increased from the original 90.51 ± 9.91.To 94.37 ± 11.64 points;the comprehensive score of the male group of the control group increased from 99.93± 8.01 points to 101.30 ± 7.78 points;the comprehensive score of the female group of the control group increased from the original 89.02 ± 6.76 to 91.19 ± 7.49 points.In the test with the right foot as the supporting leg,the comprehensive score of the experimental group of the male group increased from 100.67 ± 11.70 to 104.43 ±10.72;the comprehensive score of the experimental group of the female group increased from the original 87.12 ± 9.57 to 90.78 ± 10.72.The comprehensive score of the male group in the control group increased from the previous 99.09 ± 8.75 points to 99.40 ± 8.64 points;the comprehensive score of the female group in the control group increased from the original 87.08 ± 6.47 points to 89.01 ± 6.99 points.The comparison between the groups found that the comprehensive score improved before and after the intervention in the experimental group was significantly higher than the comprehensive score improved before and after the intervention in the control group.And in the control group,all three directions and comprehensive scoreswere P> 0.05,there was no significant difference.The experimental group had significant differences in both directions,P <0.05,regardless of the boys or girls.Conclusion:(1)After 12 weeks of aerobics training,it has helped construct and improve the balance ability of foreign students in China.Aerobics can effectively improve the balance ability of foreign students in China.(2)Through two experimental tests,it was found that after 12 weeks of aerobics training intervention,the effect of improving the static balance ability was not as good as the dynamic balance ability.(3)After 12 weeks of aerobics training,there is still no significant difference between the control group and the experimental group in the forward direction,indicating that during the training process,the aerobics training content and plan are still not perfect.
