Study On The Women Founder In Public Welfare Establishments From The Perspective Of Social Work

With the development of social economy, many relevantly social problems have become increasingly prominent. Contemporary women who own more and more employment advantages have swarmed into the area of public welfare. In order to see the basic situation as well as the entrepreneurial-process information of these women founders, this article would learn and analyze the topic deeply through questionnaire survey, structured interview and literature-review-research. Since women founders in public welfare haven’t reached the full understanding of entrepreneurship in certain points, like social culture, policies, traditional concepts, family and personal factors, this text would try best to analyze the corresponding reasons and propose the countermeasures to help women founders of public welfare developing and achieve the goal of professional-promoting of the social work.
