In high school,because the student time is tight and the task is heavy,teachers often adopt injection teaching in classroom teaching,and high school ideological and political classroom teaching is no exception.Although this teaching method inculcates much knowledge to a certain extent,it affects the classroom teaching effect.With the continuous progress of society,China has begun to enter the information age,and all walks of life have begun to use Internet technology for self-innovation,of course,the field of education is no exception.With the reform of the new curriculum,traditional teaching methods are difficult to adapt to the learning needs of students and the development of the new era,Micro-video has attracted much attention from teachers due to its own characteristics.Therefore,the introduction of micro video into high school ideological and political classroom has become a rare teaching aid.According to the questionnaire survey of students,interviews with teachers and teaching practices related to their own,the main achievements of micro-video in ideological and political teaching in senior high school are as follows: active classroom atmosphere,improve teaching efficiency;Expand students' knowledge,teaching materials lag behind;mobilize a variety of senses,improve learning efficiency;establish harmonious teacher-student relationship and grow together.However,there are also many problems in the application of micro-video in high school ideological and political teaching,which are manifested in the following aspects: teachers' deviation in the selection of micro-video resources;the teaching method is single and the teaching method is not flexible;in terms of students: some students lack initiative in learning;Students have different levels,so there are differences in understanding;School: backward infrastructure,affecting the development of teaching activities;Schools lack financial support and teachers lack professional guidance in information technology;the school aspect: the infrastructure is backward,affects the teaching activity development,the school fund does not support,the teacher information technology lacks the specialized instruction.The emergence of these problems led to the micro-video in ideological and political teaching did not fully play its role.The causes of these problems should be analyzed from the perspectives of schools,teachers and students.School: not enough attention to ideological and political disciplines;teaching evaluation methods have not kept pace with The Times;poor school infrastructure;teachers: deeply influenced by teachers' authority;Some teachers' abilities need to be improved;Students: lack of participation consciousness in class;self-learning ability is not strong;the temperament of different students has obvious difference.In order to make better use of micro videos in high school ideological and political teaching and improve the quality of teaching,it is necessary to give play to the collaborative power of the school,teachers and students according to the causes of these problems.First of all,the school should support all aspects of micro-video teaching.Secondly,teachers take students as the center to improve their own ability;Thirdly,teachers should guide students to change their learning concept and take the initiative to participate in class.Only by giving full play to the synergy of schools,teachers and students can micro video be better implemented in high school ideological and political teaching.
