The ability to integrate knowledge and practice in ideological and political education,that is,to realize the unity of ideological and political cognition and behavior.Knowledge and action are two important factors of students' ideological and moral development.High school students in the process of development must deal with the relationship and realize the unity of knowledge and practice.At the present stage,the problem of high school students' ability to know and act is becoming more and more obvious,and there is a certain gap between moral quality and behavior.And the ideological and political education bears the sacred mission and responsibility of cultivating people's good ideological and moral quality and promoting people's all-round development.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the cultivation of the ability of integrating knowledge and practice in the ideological and political education of high school students.According to the survey results of the present situation of the cultivation of high school students' ability to integrate knowledge and practice,the process of cultivating the ability of integrating knowledge and practice in ideological and political education shows the positive aspects that the mastery of relevant knowledge and the level of moral cognition of high school students are generally improved,teachers are becoming specialized,and the practical activities of schools are increasing.However,in the survey results,it is found that there are some deficiencies in the process of cultivating the ability of integrating knowledge and practice in the ideological and political education of high school students,emphasizing "knowing" not "doing" in the process of education,some students' moral life "high-handed "," knowing" and "doing" disconnect,and the problem of some teachers.The reasons for these problems lie in the following aspects : from the point of view of students,mainly include the tendency of utilitarian learning motivation,lack of understanding level and practical experience.From the aspect of teacher,it mainly includes some teachers' knowledge literacy and moral literacy to be improved,lack of appropriate teaching means,lower training enthusiasm.From the perspective of environmental,it mainly includes the influence of the school culture environment: the tense and depressed learning atmosphere,the lack of scientific evaluation system,and the pressure of going to school;in the complex social environment,it is mostly influenced by the social negative value orientation guidance and the behavior of parents and peer groups.In response to the above problems and reasons,optimizing the cultivation of high school students' ability of integration of knowledge and practice in ideological and political education requires not only "education" and "students" to work together to cultivate students' best internal conditions: Strengthen the cultivation of students' correct attitude,realize the combination of education and self-education,encourage students to actively participate in practical activities;Teachers should lead by example,make great efforts to strengthen the construction of teachers' ethics and style,master the "change" and "unchanged" in ideological and political education,and optimize the ideological and political classroom.At the same time,it is necessary to optimize the environment for the cultivation of the ability of integrating knowledge and practice in high school students' ideological and political education,so as to effectively avoid the negative influence of external environment on students' moral thought and behavior.Schools should strengthen their efforts in education and teaching management,evaluation mechanism system,and the cultivation of ideological and political teams,so as to improve the good educational environment for students.In terms of social environment,we should strengthen social supervision and give full play to the role of elders and peer groups to jointly shape a good social environment.
