Creative thinking is an important part of students' intellectual potential and diverse abilities.Middle school physics education should cultivate and develop students' innovative thinking,so that students can correctly understand physics concepts,discover laws through physics experiments and creatively deal with difficult problems in teaching,so as to provide a basic guarantee for cultivating innovative talents.In this paper,based on the study of the theory of the physics experiment training students innovative thinking at present stage,through the questionnaire survey method to study the physics experiment inquiry teaching in cultivating students innovative thinking of the status quo,found that the lower level of students'interest in physical experiment of physics experiment teaching poor infrastructure and teaching level,the enthusiasm of students to explore the innovation of the experimental questions is low,and the innovation of the students think the experiment on thinking it will be very hard to use in the life and learning.For this kind of situation,the author according to the experiment inquiry teaching in training students innovative thinking and the principle of goal,formulate the implementation plan of culti'vating students innovative thinking:students' questions,carries on the bold assumption,common experiment plan,strengthening the cooperation between teachers and students,summary analysis the result of the experiment,to evaluate the communication between teachers and students,etc.,research and practice,the key design of the quality of the objects,friction,water boiling,elastic and flat mirror imaging,five cases and by jinchuan those five class two,grade eight students control experiment in the teaching,for teaching effect was evaluated.The results showed that after the experimental class conducted a period of inquiry teaching,the innovative thinking ability was obviously stimulated,and the corresponding performance was significantly improved,while the control group had a strong dependence on teachers.Therefore,experimental inquiry teaching in physics can effectively improve students' ability of innovative thinking.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the combination of physical experiment and inquiry teaching in teaching practice,to guarantee students' learning interest in the process of physical experiment,and to gradually cultivate innovative thinking ability in the experiment.
