The graduates of physical education in normal colleges and universities are the main source of physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools,and the health of young people is a topic of great attention.In the curriculum,the training program is the main program of talent training,occupies the position of "main line ",and guides the ways and methods of talent training.In addition," two methods "and" three standards "put forward higher requirements for teacher education,and the curriculum of teacher education has a new realistic demand.In order to ensure the continuous improvement of the curriculum of physical education teachers' education in normal colleges and universities at different levels,it is clear that all levels It is very important for teachers' colleges and universities to be familiar with the curriculum.This research first uses the literature data method related concept to carry on the definition.Through stratified sampling method,28 different levels of teacher colleges and universities physical education professional training program as the research object.Through text analysis,mathematical statistics,comparative analysis of the different levels of normal colleges and universities physical education professional teachers education curriculum.The first is to clarify the historical development of physical education teachers' education;the second is to analyze the content system of physical education teachers' education curriculum from three dimensions:professional quality,educational knowledge.and educational ability;the third is to train the physical education professional training programs in different levels of normal colleges and universities The fourth is a comparative study on the curriculum setting of physical education teachers in different levels of normal colleges and universities.The fifth is to analyze the consistency between training objectives and specifications and teacher education curriculum setting from three dimensions.It is concluded that the training objectives and specifications of physical education majors in different levels of normal colleges are generally consistent and individual differences are obvious,and the orientation of talents appears "three-polar" phenomenon.The general low score,subordinate normal universities and provincial normal universities are roughly at the same level,and provincial normal colleges account for relatively low,which is consistent with the orientation of the three levels of talent training programs;from the teacher education practice module,there are generally low proportion of credit,hours are not specific,practice single phenomenon,graduation thesis exists short time,conflict with practice and graduation related matters and so on.The training objectives and specifications of the three different levels of teacher-training colleges and universities are not consistent with the curriculum of teacher-education,the professional quality is not consistent,the education knowledge is highly consistent,and the educational ability is basically consistent,some are completely consistent Inconsistent.Finally,the following suggestions are put forward:according to the needs of social development,teachers' colleges and universities at all levels will constantly optimize their training objectives and specifications and combine their own training orientation,closely link theory with practice,highlight the characteristics of teachers' colleges and universities,popularize new courses similar to modern education technology;rationally adjust the curriculum structure of teachers' education in three different levels of teachers'colleges and universities.Reform,integrate and optimize the number of courses to meet the needs of social physical education talents and physical education teachers,improve the credit of teacher education courses in normal colleges,reduce the gap between different levels of normal colleges and universities,increase the matching degree between teacher education course credit and talent training,optimize the credit distribution of compulsory and elective courses,improve the credit and time of teacher education practice in normal colleges and universities,arrange the time of education practice and graduation thesis and optimize the.system.Improvement of teacher training institutions Pay attention to the curriculum of professional quality and educational ability,and optimize the curriculum of educational knowledge.
