The concept of sports education model was first proposed by the famous American scholar Siedentop in the early 1980s.Sports education mode in the teaching is based on"sports season",for the unit in the game as the main line,with teams and role playing as the main organizational form,and provide the students with different levels of movement with the real movement experience mode of curriculum and instruction,the students'team consciousness in the sports education pattern effectively promoted,higher learning ability,is good for students' enthusiasm to participate in sports.This theory has been integrated into physical education teaching in different fields by teachers,but in the teaching of junior middle school physical aerobics,the coverage of this theory has not been realized,there is still a lot of room for research.So,this research will be in the sports education model,on the basis of applied to the junior high school aerobics teaching,explore its connotation and essence,fully USES the empirical approach,deep junior high school teaching practice,to find in the junior middle school aerobics teaching using the value of "sports education model",in order to promote the reform and development of the sports teaching in our country.This paper USES a variety of methods to deeply study the application of sports education model in aerobics class for experimental research,including literature method,experiment and questionnaire method.This paper makes a systematic analysis of the practical results and explores the applicability of this model in physical education in China.This experiment is eleven general junior high school in wuhan city the first randomly selected two classes as the main research object,first of all take the proficiency test method test subjects each member's body size,posture,quality and mastering aerobics,distributing a variety of questionnaires,scale and at the same time,the questionnaire is aimed at students' learning situation before class the aerobics class students learning situation questionnaire and survey of satisfaction "teaching satisfaction questionnaire";The scale includes psychological quality scale for middle school students and physical education learning interest scale for students.At the same time,the subjects were divided into two classes and different calisthenics teaching modes were adopted.Finally,this paper made statistics of the test results and obtained the following conclusions according to the relevant results:Experimental results:(1)after the experiment,compared with the control group,the experimental group had no significant effect on the improvement of physical fitness,and the difference of physical fitness data was not significant(p>,0.05).(2)after the experiment,the experimental group is superior to the control group in the mastery of aerobics skills,and has a significant difference with the experimental group in the performance and team spirit of aerobics(p<0.01).(3)after the experiment,the experimental group was significantly better than the control group in the cultivation and improvement of students' psychological quality,and the experimental results were significantly different from the control group(p<0.05).Both groups showed significant improvement in teamwork and resistance to frustration,but the difference in cooperative ability between the experimental group and the control group was very significant(p<0.01).(4)after the experiment,there was a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in sports learning interest(p<0.05),especially in "negative interest" and "independent inquiry"(p<0.01).Research conclusions:The sports education model has little effect on the improvement of students'physical quality(50m,800/1000m,vital capacity,forward flexion).Sports education model can effectively help students master aerobics skills,not only reflected in the gymnastics performance scores,but also reflected in the team spirit.Sports education model can effectively improve students' psychological quality,sports education model is conducive to improve students' interest in learning,sports teaching model teaching has been unanimously recognized by students.
