China is a big agricultural country,many of our farmers are still in poverty.Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC,the disposable income of farmers in poor areas has improved markedly.Guizhou Province,located in the southwest of China,is rich in natural resources,but its transportation is not convenient,education is relatively backward,per capita income is low,and economic development is relatively backward.Since the launch of precision poverty relief work,poverty relief work in Guizhou has also achieved remarkable results,March 3,2020,Zunyi poverty-stricken counties clear zero.There is a team of teachers in the army of precision poverty alleviation,and they have the dual tasks of teaching and poverty alleviation.Because the author is engaged in chemistry education,he decided to study the current situation and dilemma of guizhou chemistry teachers in targeted poverty alleviation,hoping that such point-and-face research can help those who are still in the work of poverty alleviation.This paper first conducts a literature review on the proposal,connotation,and implementation path of precise poverty alleviation,then studies the responsibilities and roles of teachers,and then analyzes and integrates the information surveyed according to the questionnaire survey method to summarize the chemistry teachers in Guizhou The current situation and predicament in targeted poverty alleviation finally proposes a solution to the problem.Based on the above research ideas,the author will explain this research in five chapters.The first chapter is an introduction,which explains the origin of the topic,the background and significance of the research,and at the same time combs and summarizes the research status at home and abroad,and proposes research ideas and methods.The second chapter is the definition and theoretical basis of related concepts.By consulting the relevant literature,the author has interpreted the concept of poverty from multiple angles,outlined the concept of precise poverty alleviation,the time when policy-based regulations appeared,and the characteristics of poverty alleviation.The causes of poverty were analyzed in many ways,and five anti-poverty theories were explained.At the same time,the course and measures of anti-poverty were briefly described.In addition,this chapter also explains the concepts of teachers and chemistry teachers and teachers' responsibilities.The third chapter is the study of the current situation and dilemma of chemistry teachers in precision poverty alleviation work.This is the main content of this article.The research is mainly carried out through the questionnaire survey method,and the predicament of chemistry teachers' poverty alleviation work is summarized through data processing in eight aspects:teachers Actual pressures,poor households 'awareness problems,poor households' lack of poverty alleviation skills,poor poverty alleviation work,ineffective village-based households,abandonment of classes,poverty alleviation,serious problems of staying behind,and poor poverty alleviation effects.The fourth chapter is a study of measures for the difficulties of chemistry teachers in the poverty alleviation process.The research in this chapter is mainly carried out through the literature method.It proposes to solve the worries of poverty alleviation teachers,strengthen the training of poverty alleviation teachers,pay attention to education and poverty alleviation,and pay attention to the problems of left-behind children Measures in various aspects,and put forward the theory of endogenous development and human capital to help poor households achieve their ability to get rid of poverty.The fourth chapter is a study of measures for the difficulties in the poverty alleviation process of chemistry teachers.The research in this chapter is mainly carried out through the literature method,and five measures are proposed through the research:solving the worries of poverty alleviation teachers,strengthening the training of poverty alleviation teachers,paying attention to education and poverty alleviation Pay attention to the problem of left-behind children,and help poor households achieve the ability to get rid of poverty from the perspective of endogenous development and human capital.Chapter 5 is a summary.This chapter presents the conclusions of the research,and also briefly describes the difficulties in the research process,the innovations and shortcomings of this article.
