The development of urbanization allows a large number of rural labors,capital,land and other elements to flow to the city and contribute to the development of the country,but it also makes the countryside lose its foundation for development.The gap between urban and rural areas has widened,including education,when it comes to rural education,it's like a sign at a crossroads,is well known."Modern Education,from the point of view of local society,is suspended and impractical,"Fei Xiaotong wrote in "the country under erosion" The countryside has sent its children out to be educated,and as a result,no one can take them back." The poor quality of education in urban and rural areas has led the population to flee from the rural society one after another.Rural students still lack competitiveness in the face of urban students with better overall quality after desperately scoring high marks.Human Competition is a contest of overall quality,therefore,the comprehensive development of students depends on the common guarantee both inside and outside the school.Since the 12th five-year plan,the number of places for educational activities outside the school has been increasing.In 2014,the Ministry of Education formulated the Dandelion Action Plan,which focuses on education outside the school,the out-of-school learning environment of urban students is constantly improving.How to use these out-of-school time scientifically and rationally to create more learning opportunities for rural students needs more attention.This paper is based on a case study of the development of students in a small town in northern Hunan,taking the town of w in Changde,Hunan Province as a case,and adopting the dialect of northern Hunan to enter the scene,and taking the town,the central school and the family as the main places,based on the theory of social support system and the theory of ecosystem,the paper describes the situation of the school in w town,the situation of the students and the present situation of the support for the out-of-school learning,by using the method of Literature Research and field investigation,this paper analyzes the factors influencing students' social support from four levels:micro-system,central system,external system and macro-system.The paper is divided into five parts:the first part is an introduction,which introduces the background and significance of the research,summarizes the relevant literature,summarizes the research ideas and research methods,and defines the concepts of out-of-school learning and social support,the second chapter introduces the General Situation of geography,population,economy and education of the field sites,and the third chapter makes a comprehensive analysis of the current situation of out-of-school learning support of students in w town based on the theory of ecosystem,chapter four focuses on the problems behind the current situation and finds that there are four problems.Chapter four analyzes the existing problems one by one from three subjects:society,parents and students The fifth chapter is to improve the rural students out-of-school learning support system and the proposed recommendations,as well as research findings,research deficiencies to make an explanation.Through investigation and research,it is found that the out-of-school time of rural students has problems such as undisciplined study,low efficiency and lack of resources,family structure and guardians' educational level,community facilities in villages and towns,and the financial strength of the government restrict the level of support and achievement of students when they study outside school,according to the actual situation of the students in the compulsory education,the author puts forward the relevant countermeasures and suggestions to further improve the out-of-school learning support system of the students in the villages and towns of w from the four main bodies of government,community,school and family.It is a new attempt to use social support theory to study the out-of-school learning of rural students in China,can understand each support main body provides for the student outside the school study the support and the existence question.As an analytical approach,the combination of social support theory and ecosystem theory provides a more comprehensive approach to research,and also helps to draw people's attention to rural students' out-of-school survival and out-of-school learning,so that more people to understand and study this group of rural students.
