Research On The Employment Of Y College Students From The Perspective Of Career Management

In recent years,influenced by the transformation of higher education from elite to popularization,the tran sformation of employment mechanism from administration to marketization,the transformation of economic system and the adjustment of industrial structure,the overall em ployment situation of society is not optimistic,and the employment pressure of college students is prominent.According to statistics,the number of fresh graduates in 2019 has reached 8.6 million.However,the employment rate continues to decline slowly,this data is still rising,colle ges and universities and college students are facing great employm ent pressure.At this time,the career plan ning education of college students is par ticularly important.College students' career planning education can make co llege students establish their own life ideals and career goals as soon as possi ble.According to the ideal and goal reasonable plan one's own university study life,has the aim to im prove oneself the co mprehensive quality and the ability,thus enhances own competitive power,realizes the employment smoothly.From the perspective of car eer management,this paper takes the relationship between caree r management and em ployment as the start ing point.Through questionnaire survey and interview,the employment survey of 2018 graduates of Y University in Beijing was carried out.Combined with data analysis,this paper further an alyzes the relationship between car eer management and employment from five dimensions: employment ideology,professional skills,vocational e ducation,student evaluation and individualized guidance.On the basis of the above analys is,this paper puts forward the optimization strategy of college stude nts' employment from the perspective of career management.This pape r puts forward some corresponding strategies from the aspects of colleges and universities and students,such as: first,correctly understand themselves and do a good job in career planning;second,standardize the contents of employment guidance,construct career education system,fully tap the po tential of teach ers,strengthen the construction of professional team,and so on.
