Development And Practical Research Of The School-based Curriculum Of Philatelics

"Basic Education Curriculum Reform Outline"(Trial)puts forward that " it need to energetically promote the reform of basic education curriculum,adjust and reform the curriculum system,structure and content of basic education to build a new basic education curriculum system that meets the requirements of quality education" and implement national,local and school three-level curriculum management.As a basic education curriculum,adapting to new curriculum reforms,school-based curriculum will become the focus of school management,development and implementation.Develop a school-based curriculum of middle school art that adapts to the school,give full exertion to the advantages of local and school art education resources,and make up the lack of detaching practice in the practical application of new textbooks.Taking the research of development and implement of philatelic curriculum resources as the starting point,the author uses the investigation and analysis of the school's characteristic resources for the school-based curriculum,then the teaching curriculum and teaching resources can be combined to effectively improve the operability of art education of middle school students,cultivate artistic literacy of the students,inherit and carry forward the school characteristics.This paper mainly explores the status quo of the development and implementation of school-based curriculum of philatelics from seven aspects based on the actual situation of philatelic culture and the unique resources of the school.The first part:Explain the background,meaning and object of the subject selection,as well as the research methods,which provides certain theoretical support for the following research.The second part:Explain the artistic overview of philatelic culture,and explore the artistic value of philatelics and the significance of philately collection from various aspects.The third part:analysis of philately is taken as the entry point of school-based curriculum resource development,and firstly analyzes the current education policies and regulations,then analyzes the role of philatelic curriculum in art education and the obtained achievements of school's philatelic curriculum from three aspects:students,teachers and schools.Those have laid the foundation for the development of the school-based curriculum of philatelics.The fourth part:Explain the content and implementation strategy of the school-based curriculum of philatelics.The fifth part:Explain the practical cases of school-based curriculum of philatelics from three aspects of understanding stamps,appreciation stamps,and practical activities.The sixth part:through the investigation and analysis of the status quo of implementation of the school-based curriculum of philatelics,and problems that arise during the implementation of the curriculum are obtained.The seventh part:Discusses the effects and shortcomings of the implementation of the school-based curriculum of philatelics,summarizes the effectiveness and shortcomings in the implementation of the curriculum,and proposes improvement methods to further expand and enrich the content of art school-based curriculum for junior high school,and promote that the students' learning life becomes more enriched,colorful and lively.It conveys the school's school-running concept of "delivering virtue with post,and personality with virtue,and creating an elegant campus with unique characteristics",which enables students to inherit and innovate the characteristic culture of the school.At the same time,the art disciplines are supplemented due to the constraints of their own disciplinary characteristics and class hours constraints,students' appreciation and operational knowledge to art disciplines are enriched,teachers' teaching and research capabilities can also be continuously enhanced.
