With the promotion of the National Fitness Program outline and the broad masses of people attach importance to physical health,more and more people choose to improve their health through fitness.Among the many fitness groups,the group of college students should be paid more attention.It is mainly due to the decline of college students’ physical health for several years in a row.Most of the domestic studies on improving the physique of college students are superficial,and the conclusions and suggestions are not deep enough.this study is based on the theory of planned behavior to investigate the psychological mechanism that affects the fitness behavior of college students.and put forward feasible suggestions to improve the sports enthusiasm of college students who do not participate in physical exercise,improve their physique,and provide reference for the development and promotion of fitness exercise in colleges and universities.Supplement the gap of planned behavior theory in the field of fitness.This study adopts the methods of literature,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and so on.The sports activity rating scale(Liang Deqing)and the planned behavior theory scale(Wang Ziyue)were used to investigate 1000 students who carried out fitness in the fitness club of Harbin Engineering University.in order to ensure the reliability and validity of the scale,SPSS26.0 software was used for descriptive analysis,project analysis,confirmatory factor analysis,reliability analysis,correlation analysis,aggregation and discrimination validity test.Independent sample T-test and one-way ANOVA.Using AMOS22.0 software for CMV effect detection and structural equation model regression analysis,the following conclusions are drawn:1.Influenced by classmates,influenced by parents,living expenses,participating in sports other than fitness,in order to enhance physical fitness,improve psychological mood,regular physical exercise,pay attention to external image,schedule and reasonable collocation of diet variables,there are statistically significant differences in the dimension of fitness behavior and attitude.2.Influenced by classmates,parents,PE teachers and PE classes,heterosexual influence,network influence,duration of using electronic products,living expenses,physical test content of targeted exercises and improvement of psychological and emotional variables.there are statistically significant differences in the subjective norm dimension of fitness.3.The living expenses,the influence of the network media,the degree of academic stress,the time of using electronic equipment,the influence of idols,the improvement of psychological mood,the enhancement of physical fitness,the targeted practice of physical test programs,physical exercise,paying attention to the external image,the rule of work and rest time and reasonable collocation of diet variables have statistically significant differences in the dimension of fitness perception control.4.Gender,grade,duration of using electronic products,network influence,idol influence,in order to enhance physical fitness,improve psychological mood,participate in physical exercise,participate in sports other than fitness,targeted exercises physical test content and pay attention to external image,reasonable collocation of diet and schedule time law variables have statistically significant differences in the dimension of fitness behavior intention.5.Gender,grade,cost of living,time spent using electronic products,participating in sports other than fitness,regular physical exercise,targeted exercises,physical fitness,being influenced by parents,being influenced by classmates,being influenced by idols,the law of work and rest time,and paying attention to external image variables have statistically significant differences in the dimension of fitness behavior.6.There is a correlation between fitness behavior attitude,fitness subjective norm,fitness perception behavior control and fitness intention,and there is a correlation between fitness intention and fitness behavior.Fitness behavior attitude has a positive predictive effect on fitness behavior intention,and explains 40% variance of fitness behavior intention;fitness subjective norms do not have a positive explanatory effect on fitness behavior intention;fitness perception behavior control has a positive predictive effect on fitness behavior intention,and explains 37% variance of fitness intention;fitness intention has a positive predictive effect on fitness behavior,and explains 48% variance of fitness behavior.
