| Purpose of the studyThis paper analyzes the current situation of physical education teachers and key problems affecting the improvement of their scientific research ability and puts forward some measures to enhance the scientific research ability of front line physical education teachers,and provides practical and effective reference on how to improve the scientific research level of teachers in the future,in order to better improve the level of physical education research work of physical education teachers.Research techniqueBy means of literature,questionnaire survey,interview and logical analysis,this paper investigates the basic situation of physical education teachers in Suzhou high-tech zone,the cognition of scientific research consciousness,scientific research in the course of educational practice,the subjective and objective factors that influence scientific research,the results of scientific research,and the difficulties in scientific research.Results of the study1 The seniority structure of physical education teachers in Suzhou High-tech Zone is getting younger,and their academic qualifications are concentrated in the bachelor's degree.The level of teaching and scientific research is not high,and the results of scientific research projects and papers are not significant.2 Most primary school physical education teachers in the high-tech zone have a high sense of scientific research and have a positive attitude towards education and scientific research.3.Teachers lack correct understanding of educational research and equate educational research activities with teaching research.4 The main factors that affect teachers' scientific research:First,overweight teaching task;second,lower requirements for their scientific research because of their seniority;third,a lack of the school's dense scientific research atmosphere;fourth,insufficient support from their school.Research findings1 Primary school physical education teachers should establish correct scientific research concepts,strengthen scientific research consciousness,and improve their abilities.2 Scientific research achievements need to be fed back to physical education and combined with teaching.3 A strong physical scientific atmosphere for teachers should be created.4 Provide teachers sufficient scientific research.5 Perfecting the evaluation and incentive mechanism of scientific research. |
