Incentive evaluation is an effective way to improve students' composition level.In order to make up for the shortcomings of existing composition teaching evaluation,incentive evaluation methods are more and more widely used in the field of basic education.In order to explore the practical application of Motivational evaluation in junior middle school composition teaching,this study adopts methods such as literature analysis,interview,questionnaire survey,and case study to closely focus on the research theme and try to propose optimization measures for incentive evaluation,to the improvement of students' writing skills.First,sort out the relevant information about incentive evaluation and application of junior high school composition teaching at home and abroad to understand the current situation,Influencing factors and countermeasures in junior high school Motivational evaluation in junior middle school composition teaching.Based on this,explain the necessity of applying Motivational evaluation in junior middle school composition teaching.Secondly,This study selected teachers and students from three junior high schools in Kaifeng,Using questionnaires,Investigate teachers' motivational evaluation awareness,motivational evaluation methods,motivational evaluation subjects,motivational evaluation standards,etc.And investigate the situation of student writing and student composition evaluation,found that teachers lacked awareness of motivational evaluation,lacked pertinence in teacher motivational evaluation,teachers' motivational evaluation ignored students' psychological needs,and teachers' motivational evaluation methods were improper.Thirdly,according to the results of the questionnaire survey,combined with interviews to explore the causes of problems in the stimulating evaluation of composition teaching in junior high school,and pave the way for further proposing optimization strategies for stimulating evaluation.Finally,Analysis on the causes of problems,Based on Maslow's needs hierarchy theory,Skinner's reinforcement theory,From improving the teaching evaluation mechanism,Constructing a Multiple Composition Evaluation System,penetrating motivating evaluation during the composition preparation stage,implementing motivating evaluation during composition writing,incorporating motivating evaluation during the composition modification stage,and jointly implementing school Incentive evaluation,and further improve the targeted measures of incentive evaluation in composition teaching...
