Observation ability is a basic scientific ability and one of the key abilities in primary school science teaching.Students' cognition and exploration of science all start from observation. In the process of observation, students' autonomous exploration ability and analytical ability will be exercised, which is of positive significance to the cultivation of comprehensive quality of primary school students. However,at present, the cultivation of pupils' observation ability is mostly scattered in the daily teaching of various subjects, and is mainly based on experimental observation in the classroom, but there are broader observation objects in the outdoor.Natural notes is a form of record to observe content,is also a way of outdoor activities, advocate in the outdoor environment to observe and record of nature, emphasizes the objectivity and authenticity, through a certain way of record used to cultivate the students' observation, this in the real situation of the teaching content can not only train the ability of students to observe,at the same time also deepened students understanding of natural science. At present, there are more and more teaching researches on natural note-taking at home and abroad, and more and more scholars have affirmed the value of natural note-taking.However,there are few researches on the teaching theories that can be applied in the design of natural note-taking activities and the specific effects of natural note-taking on students' ability improvement.Based on the above research background and in combination with the problems in practical teaching, this study applies the flow method in outdoor teaching theory to the natural note-taking teaching activities,so as to improve the students' scientific observation ability. This study sorts out the theoretical research and teaching practice of natural journals,as well as the research status of pupils' observation ability cultivation, and discusses the theoretical basis of outdoor teaching.Combined with the specific teaching environment, outdoor teaching activities were designed to improve the observation ability of primary school students with the help of natural notes.Of using a quasi-experimental study design group before and after the test, such as choosing a city an ordinary primary school grade 6 class two as the research object,is divided into the experimental group and the control group, the experimental teaching respectively before and after implementation of observation ability questionnaire, subjects information collected for statistical analysis, the experimental group students in teaching at the end of the beginning, natural score compared notes works, collecting the experimental group students feedback on the teaching activities, and finally form the conclusions and Suggestions are put forward.According to the results of the study showed that the outdoor education theory to teaching design theory as a natural notes activity support, through the questionnaire before and after the contrast in the flowing water can know learning method for the teaching strategies of the teaching activities of the natural notes, the students' observing ability get promoted, embodied in the students' interest in observation, observe habits and methods of improvement.Through the grading and analysis of students' natural notes,it can be known that students can use a variety of senses to observe and record in teaching activities, and in the process of activities, they have learned observation skills, developed observation habits, and gradually enhanced their awareness of questioning. In addition,it can be known from the students' teaching feedback that their writing ability,as well as their ability of measurement and statistical analysis, have been improved, and most students can find problems in observation and take the initiative to explore.
