The biggest problem faced by China's basic education is the uneven development of urban and rural education, which is mainly manifested in the "imperfect national curriculum "and "poor-quality courses" in rural teaching sites, and the extremely scarce teacher resources.Since the implementation of the synchronous delivery class, although the "open class" has been initially realized, how to open high-quality courses has become a major problem. As a special form of distance education, the key factors for improving the quality of synchronous delivery are the quality of teaching interaction and the motivation of students. After a period of investigation, the author found that there are some problems in the teaching interaction of the synchronous delivery class, and it has affected the students' learning motivation and enthusiasm to a certain extent. In order to realize opening high-quality courses and improve students' learning motivation and course satisfaction, this study takes lecturers and corresponding students of the synchronous delivery classroom in the online education center of Chongyang County Union School in Hubei Province as the research objects. The author collects data, and explore the impact of interactive strategies used by teachers on students' motivation in synchronous delivery classrooms through statistical analysis methods.According to the data analysis results,it is concluded that teacher interaction strategies have significant effects on students' learning motivation, and different interaction strategies have different effects on the sub-dimension of learning motivation.According to the research conclusions, the author summarizes the optimization suggestions that teachers need to follow when using interaction in synchronous delivery classrooms. The full text consists of six chapters:Chapter 1:Introduction.It introduces the research background, research purpose and significance, research content and ideas and research methods of this article in detail.Chapter 2:The literature review section is mainly about the related research and the theoretical basis on synchronous delivery classrooms, interaction strategies, and learning motivations, and its guiding significance for the entire research framework.Chapter 3:Research Design and Implementation. It elaborates research questions and hypothesis models.Combining the characteristics of synchronous delivery classrooms,an observational scale of interaction strategies used by teachers was designed.Besides of that, interview outlines concerning teachers and students are also designed.Chapter 4:Analysis of the influence of students' individual characteristics and technical environment on their learning motivation in synchronous delivery classrooms. This section mainly uses descriptive statistical methods,T test, and single factor analysis to obtain the influence of students ' individual characteristics and technical environment on students' learning motivation.Chapter 5:Analysis of the impact of teacher interaction strategies on student motivation in synchronous delivery classrooms. This section mainly uses the case study method to tease out teachers' use of interaction strategies. It also uses the hierarchical regression method to analyze the influence of teacher interaction strategies on students' learning motivation.Chapter 6:Research Summary and Prospect.Based on the analysis of the data results, suggestions for optimizing teachers' interaction strategies in synchronous delivery classrooms are put forward. The deficiencies of the research are reflected, and the research is also prospected.
