Study On The Development Of Rural Vocational Education In Jiangxi Province Under The Targeted Poverty Alleviation Strategy

Poverty and development are major challenges facing Chinese society.In November 2013,General Secretary Xi Jinping first proposed "Targeted Poverty Alleviation" when he visited Hunan Province in order to comprehensively build a well-off society and realize common prosperity.Since the 18 th CPC National Congress,promoting targeted poverty alleviation has become a major strategic decision of the Central Party Committee and the State Council.Vocational education in rural areas is the type of education that is most closely linked with the economic development in the county.The main function is to cultivate skilled personnel,which is the most effective "hematopoietic" poverty alleviation and plays an irreplaceable important role in poverty alleviation in poor areas.Under the national strategy of implementing targeted poverty alleviation strategy,rural vocational education has been given a new mission of the times.We should re-understand the status and role of rural vocational education.This study takes Xingguo County,Ganzhou City as the research object,mainly using literature research method and interview method.First of all,this paper analyzes the opportunities and challenges brought by the targeted poverty alleviation strategy in Xingguo County,review the state of poverty and the main causes of poverty in Xingguo County,and considers how rural vocational education can effectively serve the economic development in poverty-stricken areas,explore the problems of rural vocational education in Xingguo County,and try to put forward the corresponding strategies to promote the development of rural vocational education in the impoverished areas of Xingguo County and carry out the reflective practice.This study argues that in recent years,in order to construct and develop a new socialist countryside,Jiangxi Province has continuously devoted itself to the development of rural vocational education.Jiangxi provincial government has given great attention to rural vocational education.The scale of running rural vocational education in Xingguo County has been gradually Expanding,continuously improving the funding system,rural labor force transfer training effectively promotethe basic protection of rural county vocational education in good shape.However,there are still many problems.At present,there are some outstanding problems in rural vocational education,such as the inadequate supply of rural vocational education system,the low social recognition of rural vocational education,the insufficient investment in education,the disjunction of professional establishment and local industries,and the weak teachers strength.All these problems have seriously hindered the development of current rural vocational education.This study suggests that to solve the existing problems of rural vocational education in poverty-stricken areas in Jiangxi and to promote the development of rural vocational education,four countermeasures should be taken: First,strengthen the supply of rural vocational education system to achieve " Targeted poverty alleviation",including improving rural vocational education Legal system,give play to the leading role of the government,co-ordinate the development of rural vocational education,increase investment in education,strengthen media publicity and establish a new social concept of vocational education;second,deepen the reform of rural vocational education,to achieve "Targeted cultivate",including adapt to market requirement setting major,and strengthen the construction of professional education teachers team;Third,to improve vocational skills training in rural areas so as to achieve " Targeted training",including actively carrying out the training of surplus rural labor force transfer and attaching importance to vocational training of rural women;Fourth,paying attention to rural vocational education The basic resources to achieve " Targeted development",including focusing on the construction of vocational education centers at county level and strive to promote vocational education information.
