Comic portraits are a unique art form.They use simple and exaggerated brushstrokes to describe character changes,most of the time to reflect a sense of humor.Chinese comics have achieved rapid development after the 21st century,but as the comics market is still at an advanced stage,the development of comics in different fields varies.As for the teaching of comic portraits in middle schools,there exist many teaching problems such as incomplete understanding of comics by teachers and students,the diversity of the use of comic portraits and less attention to creativity.Considering it,this article discusses the teaching of comic portraits in middle schools.Through investigation and soliciting actual opinions from local students,we can guide middle school students to understand the basic requirements of comic portraits.Through the implementation and strengthening of various strategies and the teaching experience and teaching practice of middle school comic portraits,we should make full use of teaching methods and teaching resources to promote the formation of middle school students' basic art knowledge,improve students' sensitivity to beauty,and help them to lay a solid foundation.In addition to the introduction and conclusion,this paper has four parts.The research content of the first chapter is the historical development and artistic characteristics of comic portraits,mainly explaining the origin and development of comic portraits and the meaning of "Xiao" and "Man”of comic portraits.The research content of the second chapter is the current status of the implementation of comic portrait teaching in Baishipo middle school.It mainly explains the existing conditions of comic portrait teaching,investigation and analysis of comic portrait teaching problems in middle school,and problems in comic portrait teaching in middle school,so as to better understand the actual implementation of comic portrait teaching in middle school.The research content of Chapter three is the significance and feasibility of studying comic portraits in junior high school.The significance includes cultivating observation skills,learning preliminary comic skills,mastering the expression methods of comic portraits,and developing creative thinking of comic portraits.The feasibility mainly expounds the three aspects of the art psychology that is the fun is to meet the middle school students,the life is close to the life experience of the middle students,and the simplicity is suitable for the learning level of the middle school students,which lays a solid theoretical foundation for the scientific and efficient teaching practice.The research content of the last chapter is the teaching strategy and practical exploration of comic portraits in middle school.The teaching strategy mainly elaborates on the three aspects of attaching importance to classic learning and reference,carrying out interesting observation activities,and learning in creative practice,providing direction for teaching practice.Practical exploration is mainly based on the author's comic portrait teaching practice in Baishipo Middle School.Through related course examples,the practical exploration of comic portrait teaching is carried out.It mainly analyzes from the aspects of teaching conception,teaching process,and teaching reflection.
