Hundred years' policy based on education;While the education policy based on teachers.School health education plays an important role in the construction of 'Healthy China',and the training of health education teachers plays a decisive role in the development of school health education.However,there is a shortage of health education teachers in our country at present,and it is difficult to set up the major of training health education teachers alone.Since 2008,the standard of health education curriculum requires physical education courses as a carrier to teach health education.Therefore,cultivating PE teachers' ability of health education is of great significance to the development of school health education.This study integrating the internal relationship between the teacher's education theory and the ability training law,and the teachers' pre-service education,qualification certification,induction training and the post-service development respectively correspond to the study of the formation,certification and development stage of the health education of the PE teachers.This paper mainly explores the problems of the training scheme of physical education specialty,the qualification of PE teachers,the training and post-service development of the PE teachers' health education ability cultivation in China,and use for reference the experience of training PE teachers with health education ability in the foreign countries,and putting forward strategies for the cultivation of PE teachers' health education ability.The conclusions are as follows:(1)The government,scholars and schools of our country have not reached a consensus on cultivation PE teachers' ability of health education.(2)In the forming stage of the health education ability of the PE teachers,there are problems such as the lack of the social demand and the health education requirement,the low specific gravity of the health education theory and the practice course in the course system,and the serious shortage of the health education teaching in the course system.(3)In the stage of PE teacher' health education ability certification,there are some problems,such as single certification organization,loose certification standard,lack of health education related certification content and so on.(4)In the development stage of health education ability,there are some problems,such as lack of training content and evaluation mechanism of health education,lack of career planning of teachers and so on.(5)The training objectives and curriculum of physical education majors in the United States and Australia reflect the training requirements of PE teachers' health education ability.Both countries attach importance to the certification of PE teachers'health education ability and CPR ability certification,and the United States set up a special health education ability certification module.Australia promulgates systems and targeted documents to support the post-service development of PE teachers' health education capabilities.(6)It is necessary for the government,scholars and schools to unite to cultivate the health education ability of PE teachers;It is necessary to renew the name of the training scheme of physical education specialty,to set up the training goal and curriculum,to add CPR examination;It is necessary to perfect the qualification certification system of PE teachers;It is necessary to increase the evaluation mechanism of teacher training and the content of health education,schools should provide a variety of development platforms for PE teachers,and teachers of physical education and health education courses should formulate career plans.
