A Study On The Development Of Famous Sports Teachers' Studio In Primary And Secondary Schools Of Guangdong Province

With the wave of education reform in the world,the professional development of physical education teachers has been paid more and more attention in China's education reform and school sports development.The research on the development of sports teacher studio,the community of how to improve the professional development of physical education teachers,has become increasingly important.In China,scholars mainly focus on the development mode,setting goals,operation mechanism and promoting teachers' professional development of famous teachers' studio,which provides theoretical support for the development of famous teachers' studio in China.After four rounds of development,there are 14 sports teacher studios in primary and secondary schools in Guangdong Province,which plays an important role in promoting the professional development of the whole group of sports teachers in Guangdong Province.However,compared with Jiangsu and other education provinces,the development of sports teacher studios in primary and secondary schools in Guangdong Province is slightly backward.Through the methods of literature review,case study,interview survey and participatory observation,this paper hopes to put forward further ideas for the development of Guangdong Provincial Sports Teacher studio.The results show that there are several problems in the development of Guangdong provincial famous sports teachers' Studio: first,the imbalance between regional distribution and disciplines;second,the unreasonable selection and composition of students,the small number of students;third,the current training supervision mechanism is less,it is difficult to play a regulatory role in the development of famous sports teachers' Studio;fourth,the pressure faced by the masters and students of famous sports teachers' studio And the difficulties are relatively large.In view of the above problems restricting the further development of the famous teachers' studio,this paper puts forward the following points: the development ideas of the provincial famous teachers' studio in primary and secondary schools in Guangdong Province are expected to benefit most of the physical education teachers,and give full play to the exemplary leading role of the famous teachers' Studio: first,to provide a good external environment;second,to improve the supervision mechanism of the management mode and training mode;third,to establish the management system A quantifiable evaluation system and improve the "quasi entrance" to the famous teacher studio.
