Research On The Entrusted Management And Operation Mode Of Shanghai University Stadiums

With the social and economic development,people in cities are paying more and more attention to maintaining a healthy life through physical exercise.The State Council also issued the "Outline of Building a Powerful Country in Sports" document,which obviously proposed that the area of sports activities per capita in China was 0.3 square meters.The number should be increased to 2.5 square meters per person,and the proportion of people who regularly participate in physical exercise should reach more than 45%.The Shanghai Municipal Government has actively responded by issuing a series of measures to require the district government's primary and secondary sports venues to open to the outside world,and support colleges and universities to actively explore opening up measures to encourage the purchase of stadium operation and management services from third-party companies through government procurement services,and support the development of small and medium-sized sports companies.There are a large number of universities and colleges in Shanghai,and the policies of district governments often have to negotiate with colleges and universities on how to open their stadiums based on their own grounds.As a result,Shanghai's colleges and universities have shown various types of stadium management modes at different stages.In recent years,in the process of management and operation of universities and colleges in Shanghai,they have gradually formed opening to the society through diversified operation and management methods,and their exploration has begun to bear fruit.In order to improve the effectiveness and operability of the commissioned management operation mode of stadiums and universities in Shanghai,this article adopts methods such as literature,method of expert interviews,logic analysis,and case studies to purchase services or commissions in Shanghai.Management of colleges and universities'commissioned management operation mode is the research object."Management contract model in Chinese hotel based on analysis of H group hotel business" introduces the analysis method of the commissioned agency model,.This paper stratifies the entrustment management and operation mode of stadiums and gymnasiums in universities from three perspectives as follows:1.Selection of the main body of stadium management in universities2.Design the entrustment management contract of university sports venues3.Supervise the daily operation in the entrustment mode of university stadiums and gymnasiums.The main research results of this paper show that:1.There are three types of management modes for university stadiums and gymnasiums:the management mode of university administrative departments,the management mode of contract and lease system,and the management mode of University stadiums and gymnasiums in Shanghai is gradually transforming to the entrusted management mode.2.The elements of the entrustment management contract are more in line with the management needs of university sports venues in Shanghai.The design of the management contract is the key to ensure the sustainable development of the entrustment management and operation mode of university sports venues in Shanghai.3.Specialization,refinement and clear supervision of operation management are the development direction of entrustment mode of sports venues in Shanghai universities.Based on the above conclusions,the following Suggestions are made:1.Government should earnestly change their ideas and make clear the dominant position in the entrustment mode of university sports venues.2.Shanghai Sports Venue Association shall set up the local contract standards for sports venues of colleges and universities and play an exemplary role.3.The government and universities should give full play to the supervisory functions to promote the development of social organizations.
