Case-study is also called example teaching,which is a teaching method that is strongly advocated in China's education.The specific practice of it is to search suitable cases that can reflect the teaching contents before class and show the cases to students in class,allowing students to obtain corresponding knowledge through analysis and discussions.It is an important age for students to establish personal philosophy and value of life in junior high schools and also a key period of China's nine-year compulsory education.The course of morality and the rule of law plays an important role in improving students with personal good morals and basic legal literacy.In order to give full play to the educating role of the course,teachers have to improve their understanding of it and enhance the teaching effect during the practice by different means.In case-study,the typical cases can be applied to the teaching of morality and the rule of law,which will allow students brainstorm to think and judge and have a deeper understanding of the cases more intuitively while they access to the cases.Through combining the cases and teaching contents,exploring the deep knowledge of the cases actively,students can form good personal morality with correct moral idea and legal sense,which would lay a solid foundation for China's talent reserve.At present,due to the lagging educational ideas,lack of sense of times of the cases,de-normalized organization of case-study classes and incomplete examination of course evaluation,there are many problems in the case-study of morality and the rule of law in our country.For example,the neglect of students' initiative,simplification of case methods,neglect of comprehensive development of student groups,etc.As the subjects of implementation of case-study,teachers must innovate education ideas,establish case base combined with current events,continuouslyoptimize the case-study class organization,and perfect the examination system of the course evaluation to let case-study better serve the classroom teaching activities of morality and the rule of law.Only in this way can case-study function better in classroom teaching and better enhance the classroom teaching effect of morality and the rule of law.
