Case teaching method is a widely used and effective teaching method in education.The theoretical research and practical innovation in the application of Political Science in secondary schools are also deepening.This paper attempts to focus on the value,mechanism,current situation and Countermeasures of case teaching method applied in the law section of moral and rule of law course in junior high school.Insist on theoretical thinking,explain the connotation,extension and theoretical basis of case teaching method;insist on historical thinking,analyze the historical process of the application of case teaching method in the law section of moral and rule of law course in junior high school,summarize and improve practical experience;insist on problem-oriented,realistic analysis of the phases of the application of case teaching method in the law section of moral and rule of law course in junior high school,and focus on the analysis of new courses.New challenges in the reform and innovation of case teaching method in moral and rule of law course in junior middle school are marked;insisting on innovative thinking,making constructive analysis on the better application of case teaching method in law teaching of moral and rule of law course in junior middle school,actively exploring case teaching which not only meets the new requirements of the goal of law education in junior middle school in the new era,but also meets the characteristics of law teaching content and the growth and growth of junior middle school students.Law.The aim is to better implement the core literacy requirements of the new curriculum standard,better implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi JinPing's important speech on the reform of Ideological and political education and teaching,and comprehensively enhance the legal literacy of junior high school students.This paper consists of six parts.The first part: the background and significance of topic selection,research status of case teaching method,research ideas and methods.Part II: Definition and theoretical basis of case teaching method.This paper mainly discusses the definition of case teaching method and case teaching method,and analyses the theoretical basis of the application of case teaching method.The third part: the case teaching method in junior high school ethics and the rule of law section of legal teaching practice.Specific historical analysis of the feasibility of the application of case teaching method in the legal section of moral and rule of law course,and realistic analysis of the value of the application of case teaching method in the legal section of moral and rule of law course,such as political value,social value and so on.Part IV: Based on the empirical study,this paper investigates the application of case teaching method in the teaching of moral and rule of law in junior high school.For example,the quality and quantity of legal case collection and content selection,the matching of legal case with junior high school students' life experience and cognitive ability,the form and effect of case application before and after class,etc.The fifth part: Starting from solving the problems,the author puts forward some suggestions on the effective application of case teaching method in the teaching of law board in junior middle school moral and rule of law course.For example,legal case collection channel innovation and resource integration,legal case as the main and multi-integration,two-way interaction and goal realization of legal case application.
