Teaching quality is the lifeline of the development of higher vocational colleges.Practice teaching quality directly influences the quality of cultivating talents in higher vocational colleges.The training teaching quality management level reflects the college running level.This investigation research takes College Q of Tianjin as an example,focuses on the gap between the quality of talent training and social needs,based on the theory of total quality management.The investigation research takes the “Present Situation of Practice Teaching Quality Management in Higher Vocational College”questionnaire as the research tool,uses questionnaire survey and the interview survey method on the investigation of current situation of higher vocational practice teaching quality management,carries on the reason analysis for the existing problems from three aspects: the input of training teaching,the process of training teaching and the output of training teaching.At last,the investigation research puts forward the proposals to build up higher vocational practice teaching quality management system.As shown in the investigation research,College Q of Tianjin has set up a feasible practice teaching quality guarantee system which plays an important role in the process of talent cultivation.There are also some existing problems,in the aspect of practice teaching input: the degree of involvement of main participants of practice teaching management is not so high,the practice experience of the practice teaching teachers is insufficient,the utilization of the practice teaching resource is inadequate.In the aspect of practice teaching process :the practice teaching management system is imperfect,training class period arrangement is unreasonable,teaching materials do not match with students' needs,the practice teaching effect is undesirable and the practice teaching assessment method is monotonous.In the aspect of practice teaching output: the quality of graduates can not meet with the demand of employer and career education concept is not obvious.The reason analyses of the above problems in the investigation are as follows.In the aspect of practice teaching input: the teachers' practice training chances are not enough,the utilization rate of the training equipment is not high,the concept of quality management is not obvious.In the aspect of practice teaching process: the college values the theory teaching but neglects practice teaching,the utility of the teaching materials is not high,the college attaches great importance to the regular teaching evaluation.In the aspect of practice teaching output: the students' professional ability can not match with the position requirements.According to the existing problems of the practice teaching quality management in College Q of Tianjin,the investigation research puts forward the following suggestions.In the aspect of practice teaching input: improve teachers' comprehensive ability,improve the teaching quality monitoring system,share the training area.In the aspect of practice teaching process: match the curriculum design with the ability for the post,improve the quality of practice teaching materials,innovating teaching method.In the aspect of practice teaching output: establish a "customer"--oriented quality management area,infuse the idea of career education in practice teaching to improve the talents output efficiency and quality of practice teaching.
