The “kindergarten work rules” put forward,“the kindergarten should make full use of the family and the community's favorable conditions,enrich and expand the educational resources of the kindergarten”.Parent-teaching assistant activities is a new form of kindergarten home cooperation,parents can use their own resources to directly participate in and assist the development of a variety of kindergarten education and teaching activities,to promote the overall development of children.This study took the affiliated kindergarten of H university,an affiliated kindergarten of a university in changsha city,as the research object,and made an in-depth analysis of the activities of parent-teaching assistant activities in the kindergarten by means of literature research,questionnaire survey,interview and observation.The development of parent-teaching assistant activities in the kindergarten affiliated to H university is based on the abundant parent education resources in the kindergarten.This study first investigated the parents' professional expertise,working space andresources of interest and specialty,and further analyzed the advantages of developing parent teaching assistant resources in the kindergarten.After that,this study also described and summarized the activities of parent teaching assistants in the affiliated kindergarten of H university,including the organization of parent-teaching assistant activities,the content of teaching assistants' activities with various parent resources,and the characteristics of the experiences of parent-teaching assistants.It is concluded that there are still some problems in the parent-teaching assistant activities in the kindergarten,which are mainly manifested in the following aspects:insufficient utilization of parent resources,insufficient scientificalness of some parent teaching assistants' activities,monotonous organizational form of teaching assistants' activities in the kindergarten,insufficient guidance and management of teachers in the class,etc.In view of the above problems,this study hopes to propose effective suggestions for improving the quality of parent-teaching assistant activities in kindergartens from the following aspects: first,deeply explore the advantages of parents' resources and improve the construction of resourcepool;The second is to strengthen the communication and guidance of teachers to teaching assistants and parents;The third is to enrich and extend the activities of parents' teaching assistants;The fourth is to further strengthen the teaching assistant work organization management;Fifth,to improve the cooperative mechanism of teaching assistants in families,kindergartens and communities.
