In order to promote the innovation and development of the middle school history teaching mode and enrich the middle school history teaching resources,this paper uses the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey and case study to study the problem of "the application of storytelling in the middle school history teaching".The results show that,it is very important for us to apply storytelling art in middle school history teaching.By taking this measure,the quality of students,teachers and teaching mode can be promoted.On one hand,the method can make students become more interested in learning history and develop students' feeling of home and country.On the other hand,it can not only make the teaching resources of history subject be richer than before,but also improve teachers' history teaching means.In addition,the way is conducive to the inheritance and promotion of Chinese excellent traditional culture in today's era,to the innovation of storytelling art,to maintaining the vitality of this ancient art,and to letting more young people know and understand the art.The data of the questionnaire showed that most of the students like the history subject,and the time of contactingstorytelling art in their spare time are not long.Most middle school students have no antipathy to the action of using storytelling art works in middle school history teaching.There are a large number of storytelling art resources that can be used in middle school history teaching.The resources of storytelling art works involve a long time span of historical facts,covering ancient Chinese history,modern Chinese history and world history,with a rich variety and a large number.When we use storytelling art works in middle school history class,we should follow these principles:the principles of pertinence,target,interest,appropriateness,ideology and authenticity.The storytelling art can be applied at multiple time points in the middle school history class,such as using the storytelling art skills in lead-in before class to help build a history teaching situation and arouse students' interest in learning;storytelling art works can be used to break through the difficulties and blind spots in the knowledge network;storytelling art works can be used at the end of the class to make the class have a fascinating ending;storytelling art works can be used in activity class tohelp teachers build a student-centered class.From the perspective of practice,the application of storytelling resources in middle school history class is conducive to building a good classroom atmosphere,helping students have a clear understanding and cognition of historical facts,and effectively helping students master historical knowledge.
